I wish there could be negative numbers. This could possibly be the worst level of costumer service…read moreI have received from any commercial establishment in over a decade (airlines aside). First, I called to confirm same day service, they indicated that it could be done. I dropped my shirts and pants off on Wednesday PM. I arrive back on Thursday PM - no clothes - there was a "mistake" on the ticket - but I could collect them the next morning. Next morning (Friday) - no clothes. Now I have to drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction on Friday night to collect my clothes prior to driving the MEM for my flight home. I collect the cloths on Friday PM - did not bother checking the box - as the pants were there and correct. Arriving at hotel in MEM - i open the box to pack the shirts - WRONG SHIRTS. Since the shop was closed, I called in the morning from ORD - they recognized the mistake and promised me my shirts would be shipped for Saturday delivery - as I was traveling again on Sunday for three weeks. I indicated I would return the incorrect order as soon as my shirts were received. Saturday and NO SHIRTS. Called the shop - manager indicated the "boss" thought the fees were too high so the shirts would be delivered on Monday. Monday was too late for me - I guess that did not matter. So their regular customer was now going to wait three weeks for the shirts to be shipped back. The shirts came in a soft side bag - so had to be re-laundered once they arrived. So they failed in one-day service. They failed in 1.5 day service. They failed to execute a plan agreed to. They failed me - a one time customer. They failed a loyal customer. NEVER USE THIS CLEANER - I would sooner use a wash bucket and stones to clean my shirts. At least I would know when and where the shirts would be ready.

He comes out and tell me he wasn't giving me my phone and canceled my order before even trying to give an explanation. He does not know how to deescalate a situation. He just made the situation worse and worse. I've spent almost a week trying to get my phone replaced, of course he kept suggesting I upgrade. He was only trying to sell me a phone. I ended up having to call T-mobile and was directed to do a new insurance claim. I was still given the wrong information. still without a phone all because Nic, the supervisor, would not give me my order.

As a result, I know what good customer service is, and this is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever seen. I was told, more than once, someone would call me, but I never received any of the calls I was promised. My PCP sent Delta a prescription for a CPAP machine, but, over a month later, I had not heard from them. So I called Delta, and after several minutes, someone was able to figure out what I was asking about. I was told my insurance would not pay until I had another sleep study. The sleep study was not an issue, but, after over a month of knowing this, no one from Delta contacted me about scheduling one. After receiving the results, I took a copy of the test results to Delta, and I was told someone would be calling me. It was the same as every time I was told someone would call me, no one did. After a week, I called Delta, and the person who answered the phone seemed confused not understanding what is asking about, and all I inquired about was the status of my getting a new CPAP. My call was placed on hold so they could look into the situation, and I was on hold so long, Delta's system disconnected me. I called back, and I was told that the person who processes insurance claims had been out of the office for approximately a week. I was again placed on hold, and, after an unacceptable amount of time, I hung up. My observations are (these are just the high points): No one seems to understand the concept of customer service; Delta does not seem to care about customers; the employees (or their computer system) do not communicate with each other; Delta can not be bothered with contacting customers; no one in the Jonesboro office seem to know what is going on;

The representative said that she could take my credit card by phone unsecured and I declined that not wanting to compromise my credit card. She then stated that I could waste my valuable time going into the store and placing the order although this was not an option I wanted, but while out I stopped by the store and placed the order 10 days ago with the delivery date for three days later, last Wednesday. I received a confirmation email that my order shipped with an estimated date of May 22, 2024.. Last Wednesday the order was never delivered, and I never received the courtesy of a call or an email or any communication from this company with a delivery update. Today I called the local store and spoke with its local manager, who proceeded to tell me that for some reason my order had been cancelled by phone, a request I never made. Then he told me I could call the help desk number of which he was very happy to give me. I declined and asked him if he would handle it and he said no. What is the point of a Manager who is unwilling to help customers? I used to care about companies failing esp storefront businesses, but I no longer care about this company failing. I will do business elsewhere since Office Depot/Max does terrible business and clearly does not care about its customers! PS Don't offer better deals online that you have no intention to honor. Nothing like a bait and switch! I am also a rewards customer who has done business with them for over 15 years but that means nothing.
