The FedEx delivery drivers do not knock or barely knock. Then they take off to the next address. This has happened multiple times and it's unacceptable. It requires one of two things, (1) another delivery attempt where they do the same thing, or (2) they have you drive to this location to pick your item up. This wastes the customer's time, gasoline and more. The app gives you a QR code which for whatever reason this location cannot scan. That seems odd but par for this company. Got a complaint? Service is slow slow slow. I'm not sure what the overall slowdown is at FedEx locations countrywide but this one was especially slow. There was a new guy working who didn't seem to know how to work the tape dispenser and spent too much time trying to tape a box - that was just one factor adding to the slowdown here. Once we got to the front of the line it took some time to ensure everything was entered correctly as they spelled my name as Tanny. Overall I think we were at this location for about 40 min on a weekday afternoon. read more

Worker at the front was extrenely rude. Plus, the person delivering my package that needed signature, did not even come close to the house, they took a picture from the street and said no one was available. read more

My package never arrived. The lady called me and said, "well the person shipping should have put a signature on it" I'm just telling as it is. I'm giving 1 star because I never received my package. It left AT&T and was given to FedEX. I never received it. So who was last to have it? I wish I can file a complaint. This is ridiculous. read more

Very rude woman works on Saturday. Didn't seem interested in her job, made customers wait for a long time while she looked around on the computer. I was third in line and wound up taking my business to the UPS down the street on Imperial. Would not recommend! read more

I use FedEx for business and personal use and the service I get from the staff at my local office is second to none my packages always get shipped and received in a timely manner with competitive shipping rates. The office opens at 8:00am instead of 2:00pm in the afternoon like some of their competitors do which in my book is a big plus! Due to all these reasons and many more I will continue to use FedEx as my primary source for shipping and receiving. read more
