Incompetent place of business my mail carrier took it upon himself to put in system that I had…read moremoved with no forwarding address bcuz I was returning mail (which is what you're supposed to do legally)that I was receiving from previous persons that lived here n apparently according to my mail carrier George I was returning too much mail (well that's his job right?) so he decided on his own without looking at the names on mail to put in system that I had moved which I never did if he would've done his job correctly n actually looked and read the names on thmail I was sending back he would've seen it was NOT my name it was the previous persons that lived here so for 2 whole months March n April we have not received any of our mail it's all been sent back to sender stating we moved n left no forwarding address bcuz we've gotten calls n emails from our creditors, utilities ,financial institutions, retirement ,life insurances , etc... asking for us to update our mailing address ? I have put in 3 complaints to USPS online ,I have spoken to the Attorney General ,consumer affairs I've gone numerous times to the post office to speak to postmaster n to this day May 2nd I am still NOT receiving letters n according to them they have resolved the issue yet I'm still getting emails from my creditors to please update my address bcuz they are getting my mail returned to them I am at my wits end with the USPS they are incompetent n lack PR training! so I'm giving them a thumbs down n 0 star review

Another completely opened package delivered by USPS! He opened the box and found it was only Swiss…read moremiss cocoa! Sorry Mr. Postman nothing valuable to you! The thing that points this straight to the Postman is he even left the part of the box that wasn't attached to the box anymore on my porch!! If this happened in shipping as always claimed he wouldn't have delivered the whole box in two pieces!! Seems like every time this guy has to come back to deliver something it's messed up, opened or destroyed! UPS deliverers 44 lbs of dog food and the bag or box is still in one piece! This is the same Postman that I had to sit in my driveway waiting for him to deliver mail so that I could receive a certified letter cause he doesn't ring the doorbell nor knock on the door just like when he delivered this opened box this morning... I have a Ring camera that shows everything, even the man walking across my landscape Every time he delivers mail!! Can't believe this guy still gets a paycheck!! He doesn't do his job and obviously he's looking through packages/mail for something, which use to be a felony in the states, but I guess it's fine cause it's the Postman... I ask anyone sending me anything to use UPS or FedEx because I don't trust our Postman, how messed up is that!! Can't trust that our mail will be delivered!!

Our Post Master goes above and beyond what is required and we are lucky to have her. I've had P. O. Boxes at 3 different post offices and this has by far been the best (5 years at this time).

The area Post Master works at this location and is VERY HELPFUL if you have any problems with…read moredelivery at Jacumba or Boulevard post offices. I've had a couple misdirected mailings and she works very hard to locate your mail and correct the problem. I appreciate her hard work and dedication to her position with the United States Postal Service. Receiving mail at PO Box because you live remotely without delivery service is stressful but knowing I can count on someone in charge when I need to is comforting. Thank You!

This may be the busiest post office in a small town. Super huge PO Box section (accessible 24…read morehours a day). Many people who live in Baja Norte keep PO Boxes here (this is literally about 10 minutes walk from the border). It is always busy, the parking lot can be a little cramped at times. Personnel are very nice and helpful but speak only limited English (some are fluent in both languages). It is much easier to just speak Spanish here but be forewarned if you don't speak Spanish may be a little harder to find someone to help you. The only thing that sucks is it doesn't have one of those machines where you can buy postage and prep your own package for mailing.

Not that it's any of your business what I'm doing but... LOITERING?! I'm a patron, a local resident, and this town is a ghost town. WTF. They've also lost my packages and mail on multiple occasions. It's a small town. No need to be rude.
