Thank goodness it was Trinity Moving. I called them on a Monday, explained the dilemma the other movers left me in and by Wednesday night I was in my new home. I filed a complaint and received email I would be reimbursed for the $49 charge since Fed Ex didn't do their job. I received another email a week later stating my complaint had been denied and I would not be reimbursed after all. Customers beware how they run this business. Not good !! Go elsewhere
