Sure, this is a convenient FedEx Ship Center in Hobbs. It's got a small parking lot with funky curbs at places you'd think there would be an entrance. The staff member I dealt with on December 2, 2022 was friendly and assistive. But my gosh... these prices have gone way out of control. I shipped a 2.90 lb. box to Lincoln, NE... just your normal standard rate. The box was 16X10X7". It costed $54.82. I sometimes wonder about my random acts of kindness, but hopefully good karma came out of it. Another note: I was the lone customer for a few moments, but then others started trickling in quickly that afternoon. The same lady who helped me was telling them all she'd be right with them. Fedex worse company to do your shipment i ordered an item from amazon the fedex truck would pass by we would stop them and they said they didnt have our order so fedex decided it was a good idea to change my address it ended up in someones elses front door i called fedex and they told me where my order was left at by the driver was at a address that i didnt know and they put a new address without telling me i went to the address the people that lived there were outside i went and asked if they got a package under my name they said yes she told me she had cameras outside her home so she showed me the recording and the driver all he did was not even walk to the front door all the did was reach around the corner of her door and press the door bell it alerted her phone she called her spouse and told him the door bell ringed after only doing that he left cant even do his job right was very disappointing at least i got to see how fedex drivers are with other peoples packages worst company i have dealt with and its my first time too we got our package they change your address and dont even tell you cant even do their job right worst shipping ever....... -0 stars wish i could leave the stars blank -0 stars read more
