I have a package I've had delivered EVERY SINGLE MONTH for six months. Now suddenly they can't deliver it. No reason why. Just can't. Tells me to come get it. And their useless website, that they push you to use, says my package is available for redelivery, but that that the site can't do that right now. "Right now" has now gone on for over 24 hours. The service is rude, the staff is obnoxious and lazy, so going into that crap office is whole nother nightmare. We're paying for this shitty service. Why?
