So I ordered a phone on 8-27-2025 an it was going thru FedEx‍ I paid for the EXPRESS SHIPPING,it was suppose to be delivered on 8-29-2025,the package never made it(WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING) Called customer service an was told I could go pick it up at the location on PADDOCK ROAD,got the an was told I couldn't get my package,it's now 9-03-2025 an I have still not received my package! FedEx is TERRIBLE,the PADDOCK location is TERRIBLE! I was waiting for a package today. I was in my office waiting when the fedex delivery person showed up and left. They didn't leave any tag on my door. When I checked the status, it claimed they attempted delivery this morning. But I saw them leave my business around 1 pm. I saw him through the security camera, immediately tried to catch him in my car, but he/she drove away so fast I couldn't find them. They are lying about the time of delivery. They also claimed no one was at the business, but there were multiple cars in the lot. They didn't take the time to knock and wait for a response before pulling off. There is no excuse for not leaving tracking tags on the door to say they attempted delivery unless they are being deceptive about the time. read more

another terrible terrible experience with fedex. they won't deliver my package to my work so they kept it at the shipping center. when i was trying to pick it up they wouldn't let me bc my ID doesn't have my work address on it... i asked why they won't deliver it to my office, we have someone receiving all day, they said they tried. i ask how can i change the name on the package to myself and they said the sender need to change it. i call the sender and he's ready to change the info, fedex representative said i'm not going to talk on the phone. so i said okay then just tell me. he said create a ticket and i asked how do i do that and he said get on your account. just kept going in circles. solution is that they will ship one more time to my office then return it to sender. i called my receiver to prep him again, he said just today that fedex left ten packages outside our receiving dock without ringing the doorbell or knocking. see the picture they attached with the "try to deliver". embarrassing company embarrassingly rude staff. read more

I only went here once, but my friend said his business constantly went here many times, as it was the last FedEx center to be open for the day. We went pretty close to closing time; the person behind the desk was friendly and polite. Got our packages shipped promptly. My friend said that they would open the doors to take their packages (Which were pre-paid for, etc) even after it was closed for a few minutes, so their packages could get out that night. That is pretty friendly of them. read more

Apparently my package required an adult signature and since I work, there was no way I would be able to sign for it. Thus, I had them hold it at this Ship Center and had to go out of my way. I couldn't change the delivery address so that wasn't an option. Fortunately a cool coworker chauffeured me to this place and I was finally able to pick up my package. The location is nice, right off the highway and easily seen from the intersection. Parking was easy and right in front of the entrance. The lady at the counter was friendly and quick to locate my package. I did have to show ID and all that, so make sure you have all the required info or you might not walk out with your package. There are plenty of boxes and other shipping supplies for sale as well. read more

Delivery was just dropped in the lobby of my building right below a sign that reads "Do not drop deliveries in the lobby, delivery to suite number." with no call to even let me know the packages arrived. FedEx call center has NO CLUE what they're talking about! You would think they work for UPS the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing. They lie through their teeth to get you off the phone thinking everything is resolved you'll waste your time following thru the get you package and be turned away EVERYTIME! Do not trust fedex! I have been given wrong information on THREE separate occasions regarding the SAME package that's now going to be delayed! I am PISSED! I wouldn't trust fedex with the shipment of anything! A great no nonsense place to ship via FedEx. Great staff and they move fast so I rarely wait long even if the lobby is full when I get there. Also, I've always been able to park right next to the entrance. Automatic door to boot that brings this up to five stars - the FedEx "office" close to my house doesn't even have one! read more

I am currently engaged, and my fiancée and I have been receiving wedding presents already. Most come from USPS, but we received something from FEDEX (the Paddock Rd location specifically), and the delivery guy THREW the package on to our second floor balcony. Although our apartment is ground level, the balcony where we found our package is on the second floor. Laziness at it's best. read more
