It states on FedEx drivers delivery notes to put products over the fence on the right (See Pics attached)(We have had this problem many times) The driver put it in front of the fence on the left, on Cardinal St. 1250.00 Packages were go in minutes. They put a sticky note on my door w/ nothing on it saying they attempted delivery. I was here, one room over, my main door open and my glass storm door locked so they could see inside the house. NO ONE knocked on the door to delivery my package but said they attempted. Can't reach a live person at the Brooksville location. Liars, horrible, lazy people working here. Next time, try knocking! They better never darken my door after this. read more

Done ordering from anyone that uses fedex, packages rarely arrive when they are supposed to and usually not even to a house on my street much less my house when the do get delivered. Terrible, Terrible. I have utilized FedEx for MANY years! I just drove 25 minutes to the Brooksville, FL Ship Center and they ARE closed. I received a notification this morning that it was "READY" for pickup NOW! Now means NOW, not at 10:00am when you close. Don't you think that you should put "Will be available AFTER 10:00am INSTEAD of NOW! There's a REASON I had it shipped and stopped at this location. I have a noon flight and you have my maintenance medication. I HAVE to be at the airport NO LATER than 11:25am in order to catch my flight! I ALWAYS pay for FedEx Priority OVERNIGHT and this isn't the first time something like this has happened WITHOUT and APOLOGY OR A phone call to explain WHY...DO NOT STATE THE PACKAGE IS READY FOR PICKUP WHEN ITS NOT! You JUST lost a customer. read more

The ship staff at this particular location are friendly and on point. That being said the issue I have every single time I try to ship anything out after hours is that the drop box is NEVER EVER stocked with necessary supplies to ship. It's pretty sad that I can travel all over the country and find what I need at any other box in the nation EXCEPT the one at my local ship center. I don't think I'm asking for miracles, I'm not asking for Fed-ex to send me a whole stack of airbills and envelopes so I can hoard them and make origami creations with them. I'm just asking for the box to be filled with the necessary items for me to conduct business with every week, once a week. It's rather sad to think that the door to the ship center is literally 50 yards away and that someone can't be bothered enough to walk out the door and check to see that there's a minute amount of supplies in it. Even worse, someone empties it everyday and can't be bothered to open the lid day after day to fill it.... I mean they end their day right there, the time clock to go home is literally right in that building. In closing it would be fantastic if someone cared enough to fill this box, sometimes, so I didn't have to drive 5 miles to the next box, at 1am when this one is right near my house.. read more

if i could give no stars I would. I had a fed ex driver drive by my house. Then I looked to see why my package wasn't delivered. It says they knocked and left a door tag. But they didn't. They just drove by. Then after making another call they said the driver didn't have the gate code. Lol. They literally drove by my house and were in my neighborhood but they didn't have the gate code. They are just lazy. That's exactly why I will not ever order with a place that uses fed Ex. I took my damaged package, containing one gallon of paint, to the shipping center so I could refuse delivery. I set the box on the counter and told the associate I will not accept this. The very unfriendly woman at the counter immediately replied, "You opened the box." Umm, Yea... I don't have the ability to see through cardboard boxes. I told her that "I opened the box, but not the plastic bag containing the can and approximately one half gallon of paint that came out of the can. Score one for the customer! "Was it shipped ground?", or the option I don't remember. I lifted the box out of the bag, and to her dismay it was her responsibility. I had outwitted the deniability game show host yet again! I asked for a receipt for proof of returning my shipment. I was told that I would not get a receipt even after the tracking showed delivered. I watched her peel the shipping stickers off the box and write REFUSED RTS DAMAGED. Now to establish the boundaries of our relationship and ending the reign of the self-empowered buck-passing authoritarian of deniability, I then TOLD her that I was taking a picture of the box with her writing on it, as proof that I did bring my damaged shipment to fedex. Before I could take the picture, another employee walks by and says, "damaged, return to sender" as if to laugh about my problem. I see why the world's largest retailer dropped them from their logistics. This whole experience was my first and last time I will EVER go in that building again. That first employee delivers the worst image of a business that I have ever seen. The second employee had absolutely no need to make such a comment, other than to mock my misfortune, that offered ZERO help in resolving the issue with MY damaged property that fedex damaged. Waited around all day for an overnight package. I was sitting by my front door, when I saw the FedEx truck blaze by full speed. He never stopped at my house. Then I get a message to my phone, "driver attempted delivery..." & it will be delivered tomorrow!! This driver never even got out of his truck! He certainly didn't knock or ring my doorbell. My pitbull would have barked and let me know. This is a lousy service, when drivers lie about their delivery "attempts"! I'll stick to UPS from now on! Calling the FedEx phone number at the Brooksville FedEx Shipping Center only got me some clueless guy in a remote call center in El Salvador!!! I couldn't even understand him. Then someone called my phone & told me, my options were to meet the driver at his truck on the opposite side of town!!! This has been such a headache and I am still waiting for my package! read more

Will probably never use FedEx again, and certainly not this location. The old hag at the front desk had the worst attitude and shouldn't be interacting with customers. Her face will probably crack and fall apart should she attempt a smile. She made us feel like nothing but a burden and huge inconvenience. She helped two other customers while I was there and their treatment wasn't much better. That's not even the worst part. We shipped a handmade tv console to a customer and it arrived looking like it had been thrown off a cliff!!! I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that it was deliberately mishandled starting with the lazy, incompetent, good for nothing's in Brooksville. This thing was packaged really well, and a lot of the damage is something that could only happen if it was literally thrown or pieces pulled off and unscrewed. I'm so disgusted by the service from that woman, and every person that handled this item causing it to be worthless. Livid doesn't even describe it. read more

I had ordered my first package through FedEx 2 day shipping and it was shipped on August 26th. It arrived in Tennessee a day later and has remained there ever since. I contacted the sender's customer service department and they promptly sent me a replacement through priority overnight. It arrived at the closest holding facility that would accommodate live animals half an hour out of my way going home from work. I went down around 4:00 P.M. to get them and was shocked by the way I was treated. The woman brought my box up and threw it on the table. It was destroyed. She stated there were holes in it and I noticed several of the crickets (for my bearded dragon) I ordered had started crawling out of them. I was trying to scoop them up while I asked for a bag to put them in so they did not escape further. The woman sharply stated they did not have any bags as she flicked a cricket off the counter. She said she saw one in the lobby trash and had me dig through it to find it. It was too small for the box and I asked her again. Even if it was a trash bag, I would take it. She shoved the box at me and threw me out of the facility with a 'Take this and get out' while she said she would try to find something. After a minute or so of trying to cover the holes in the box as I stood on the sidewalk, she came out and threw a trash bag at me she had taken from inside another can and said 'We never used that can anyway.' She then turned on her heels and stomped back inside. I was absolutely livid of the way she treated me for something they had done to my package. There was no apology, she did not care to fix the situation, and treated me in an appalling, unprofessional manner. I tried to contact their customer service to send them pictures, but the virtual chat assistant would not let me chat directly with anyone and there was no email to contact either. I will never use this location again, nor FedEx in general if i can help it. read more

Received my package today, delivered by a neighbor 2 houses away! My neighbor called me and said he had a package of mine that was delivered by "FedEx" by mistake. It sat on his front porch overnight, "a good target for porch pirates"! The day it was delivered I was in my driveway talking to a friend and saw the FedEx truck on my street twice within an hour, and he still got it wrong. I don't think UPS has anything to worry about in the way of competition! read more

The staff here is very rude. I had to call I about a driver who did not leave a package that I needed to get asap. The lady on the phone was rude and told me to chase him down. That seems very safe to me. I went to the warehouse and the staff just acted like they do not care about anything. I asked for a manager and was told why? I just gave up but I never used them again. I will pay more money and use another company. read more

Couldn't agree more with the previous "lousy" service reviews. I experienced the same.....FedEx had the nerve to put on their tracking report "Local delivery restriction - Delivery not attempted" on Friday, Dec 22, 2018! I am not going to let that go by without going to the Top of their organization with that one. There are NO delivery restrictions, both FEDEX and UPS deliver at the address (a business) Monday - Fridays. This BIZ was also open Saturday (next day) and still no attempted delivery. I for one will NEVER use FEDEX again and will do my best to NOT purchase from any vendor that ships FEDEX! read more

I was waiting on an important delivery that was overnighted to me. Driver never came down my street just said they tried to deliver but were unable and that I would have to come pick it up. This was my replacement debit card and because of their incompetence my money was held hostage until I could get off of work to get down there to pick it up. read more
