About an hour or so later Billie reached back out to me and said she might be able to help me after all. She asked if I could give her some time to see if she could work it out. I said absolutely. A few hours later, she reached out to me saying she wasn't able to get it worked out to the price point I was trying to be at. I really wanted to work with this company because of the amazing customer services. I'm writing this review because Billie went above and beyond to try to work something out. Unfortunately, when you have to let a remote employee go, they aren't always the nicest people and unfortunately in this case, the ex-employee took out their anger on the courier that we sent to pick up our equipment from his home. To use the word disappointed in someone that I thought was lot more professional and kind, even though his employment was at an end is an understatement. It's not an easy thing being in CA in this situation but as sorry as I am that the courier had to endure the harassment that was dished out on her, I can say that my experience with Denise and the Express Courier Systems was absolutely top notch!!
