For some reason, they are holding his package at the post office due to a customer request. The thing is neither one of us made the request and now he's having a hard time getting his package delivered to his home. In fact, he says he hasn't gotten any mail for days and has no idea why. I've tried to call Sandpoint post office a half a dozen times over the past two days and no one ever answers. How is this disabled person who only has a bike supposed to go in and get their package when they live miles and miles away? Terrible customer service and not interested in answering their phones. Makes me wish I could give zero stars.

The purposely took a longer drive to the location and didn't follow us adding 35 minutes to the charges. When asked, Sal lied and said there was extreme traffic on the highway to which I replied no there wasn't. I pulled over and waited for you and you missed my exit. He just shrugged his shoulders. They also have somebody new who can't back up a trailer to save his life. I wasted at least another 20 to 30 minutes watching him try to jockey a trailer. All those things would be fine if they didn't include them in my charge, but I got charged an extra hour for all this crud. Oh no, they did the job, but I can't say I was confident or happy at all during the process.

When we picked up the coat, it was a very poorly done job, the arm holes were not altered, and then she tried to charge $30 more than she quoted. When we refused to pay she was screaming at my son in another language, and she finally gave him the coat when he threatened to just leave it there without paying the balance. I would avoid this place at all costs!!!! The coat looks horrible & the alterations will need to be redone by someone who is ACTUALLY a professional!
