I dropped it off with them and they replaced the screen. After getting my phone back, I realized that the face recognition and portrait mode on the camera wasn't working so I took it back in to them and was told it was the replacement screen being defective and that they would order a new one. The second screen was put in and face recognition/portrait mode still didn't work. They then told me it must be the camera and ordered a new one. Sure enough, the new camera was put in and it still didn't work They then told me that they must have damaged my phone when replacing the screen the first time and nothing could be done about it. I now have a phone that is broken and they weren't willing to offer me any kind of compensation! They are horrible people to deal with and I don't suggest anyone trust them with their devices!
