Oh my goodness, have I not written over you for this place yet?…read more Unfortunately, I have broken the phone screen on my phone twice within the last year. And when I say broken, I mean completely unusable. So the decision was either: get a new phone, or have it repaired. Well, if you haven't noticed, new phones cost like $1,800 bucks. And none of the cell phone carriers have incentives for loyalty programs, so they'll give you a new phone if you switch service or switch plans, but they won't give you a new phone if you've been a customer for 10 years... So in both instances I got the cell phone screen repaired. In both instances I called around to the three shops in Coeur d'Alene that do this kind of work, the other two shall remain nameless. Both times, CPR was the least expensive, with OEM parts. Add on top of that the repair only takes like one to two hours. And in both instances I got my phone back the same day. That's a recipe for a five star review. And continually earned service, although I hope I never have to get my phone screen repaired again. This last time I also had them install a screen protector, which normally I do myself, but it was also very inexpensive and it just made things easier for me with the new phone screen. So yeah, I hope I never have to use them again. But if I do, I'm not going to call the other two places next time I'm just going to go straight to cpr.

I looked further and the sales tag was still up at a price of 138.00. The problem was the only one they had was floor model. It was dirty and obviously been used and I asked if they could adjust the price because of floor model and was used. We settled on the price of 139.00 and wheeled it up to counter to pay. I was then told there's an added price for assembly of 20.00 but again it was floor model and already assembled.
