Was offered basically a sh*t happens, shoulder shrug kind of response. There was never a warning that that may happen when the phone was opened up. Or even an offer to refund the button repair. Stunned. Absolutely stunned at the poor service.

She (the owner) called me back, listened to the problem and has offered to make it right. She was pleasant and efficient. I have gone here for years, and have no plans to go elsewhere. I can recommend.

It was dirty and 9/16 machines were out of order. The signs inside are incomplete, the information…read moreabout the closing hour (which they reference when telling the latest time the load can be put in) is no where to be found. Laundry buckets and cart are broken. Overall, not somewhere I would go if I had a choice. The machines were 3$ top loading, 3.50$ for the single out of order front loading machine, and 1$ to start the drying machines. There is a change machine, and various flyers and magazines.
