I was happy to find an option for 2 day delivery & was willing to pay $100 for the quick delivery. Unfortunately, the person that shipped my package neglected to put my last name on the package so it's now being held at the border. I've been unable to reach anyone at Purolator or the Nelson Box Office since they are closed on the weekends. I'm extremely disappointed. Filling out the senders name seems pretty basic & spending $100 on shipping for a small business like mine is A LOT to spend for a package that will now be sitting at the border over the weekend. My client will not receive the rings for their ceremony in time which reflects very poorly on me. I'm sure it was a simple mistake but this mistake was very costly for me & has pretty severe consequences for my client. Extremely disappointed to say the least. But there's really no recourse at this point. I will definitely think twice before using their services again. Such a shame.
