I had to return a bed frame and it needed to be shipped so I loaded up the truck and headed to fedex. It was so large it didn't fit on the dolly but the guy inside helped me get it in. The check out process was very easy he even informed me to remove all old tags so they would not mistakenly return it to me. Procrastination gets you a lot once you become a college student and so I needed some things printed out and since visiting three other locations before coming to this one. I was pretty exhausted. Letty, the manager assisted me with a smile. She was so nice to me and even tried to make small talk with me. I was able get all that I needed before my early morning class started which was a bonus. This place SUCKS! I send print orders over fedex.com to pick up at this location and they lose the order. Then they ask me to email it to them. It's on my home computer. I'll stick to the location on Fairmont. This location is beyond incompetent. read more

We were not satisfied with the service. My son called to inquire about reproducing an MP4 to a DVD this initial phone contact was a rushed interaction with manager Letty. We arrived at the store and there were no other customers in the store. I asked if they could take an MP4 and burn on DVD. I stated we had called ahead ....they were not addressing me directly and they were not friendly at all. I explained the MP4 was 7:43 minutes it was a video for a young man's funeral who had passed; he had a serious illness. This was a sensitive issue and a painful time. I asked how long would the process take Brian address Neri and never addressed my question he began to talk about the conditions that would determine how long it would take. My question was simple I have a technical degree and I know it was a simple response. This disrespectful exchange felt awful. They completed the action in less than a minute I paid and we left. Please note everyone that came in was greeted "welcome to FedEx" , we were not verbally greeted and we did not feel welcome. I had my laptop in the car and my intention was to check the DVD but I did not. Also note I was traveling from out of state otherwise I could have made DVD myself. My Fedex in Brentwood California always provides great service so I expected the same. Bottom line after driving an 1.5 hours to the church and turning over the DVD it was blank. How disappointing. My son took over and called the manager "Letty"she apologized explained they had new software she refunded money and gave us a blank DVD to make the copy ourselves. In summary Brian and Neri were rude during our interaction. Neri wanted to argue that they were not rude. The product paid for was not delivered. Unnecessary stress and travel was placed upon the bereaved family. The manager was apologetic and she did not hesitate to try and correct the situation. Fedex purple promise is ": I will make every FedEx experience outstanding". This was not our an outstanding experience and I was disappointed I will send a letter to Corporate Headquarters. Poor customer service and very slow. Having them make copies took forever. Need to just buy a new printer and not deal with them.

Came in with a shipping label from Element Electronics, counterperson and manager both said the didn't take the label without even looking at it. Was on the phone with element for over thirty minutes them not understanding why it wasn't being taken . Called fedex main on saturday. Verified tracking number on label stated it was good went to fedex on Fairmont, nice lady a counter took label with no problem. read more

I stopped at Kinkos/FedEx on 09/29/14 to ship two big boxes to Las Vegas. There was only one guy working and he was very professional and polite. He greeted customers as they came in and stood in line. I was pleased to find out that the price to ship my two heavy boxes came out cheaper than what I quoted online. read more

It's alright. I came to use the copier several times and each time the location was almost always empty (huge plus, crowds are a headache). The clerk (manager?) I dealt with on one occasion didn't have the best customer service skills but he got the job done. read more

Letty to the rescue again!!!! She amazed me once more. When fairmont location messed up my prints for the 3rd time Letty was there to fix it! Excellent customer service. She's very good at calling people personally to let them know their stuff is ready before quoted time. Always smiling and very patient to help every customer until they are satisfied! I made 330 copies and asked to have them tri-folded (which takes maybe 5 mins as Ive had this done before)... they told me I would need to come back because they don't know how to work the machine. Its a basic office machine and thats your job! #fail read more
