Review Title: FedEx Ground Support is the Absolute Worst I am beyond frustrated with FedEx Ground. They managed to lose three of my packages in the span of a single week. One was supposed to go to North Carolina but somehow ended up in California. Two others were meant for two different addresses in Wisconsin, yet both were delivered to random homes right here in Denton where I live. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I trusted FedEx Ground with my shipments, and instead of reliable service, I got chaos and disappointment. Support offered no real solutions, and I'm left feeling fed up and very, very disappointed. If you're considering using FedEx Ground, think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. read more

I received a delivery notification from FedEx and later realized I didn't receive a notification from my Ring doorbell. After checking the picture uploaded by the FedEx driver I saw a house that wasn't my own. I wasn't at home and immediately contacted FedEx. I was told they would contact the driver for redelivery. That was on Saturday and I still haven't heard a word back from FedEx. Thankfully the boxes were dropped off at a house on my street, so I was able to locate them outside of a house when I returned to look for them. Unfortunately I'm two weeks post-op, so my teen had to help me load 3 furniture boxes in my SUV to get them home. I will not use FedEx for any deliveries and I probably won't buy from any sellers that do. read more

Had a package overnighted that required a signature at time of delivery, was to be delivered Friday 8/29/2025. Waited at home all day Friday because they only give you a delivery time of "by 8pm". After 8pm I receive an email saying it will be delivered Sat 8/30 by 8pm, waited at home All day (tracking said out for delivery), after 8pm another email saying would be delivered Tue 9/2. Now Tue 4:00pm, still not showing out for delivery. What's happened to FedEx??? What happened to "When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight" slogan.....FedEx, you may need to come up with a different one:/ read more

these people suck at their jobs!!! i had 4 packages come through this location, 1 as a 2 pc set, irecieved 1 1/,2, and the other just sat for -3-4 days at the facility, at first the label had to be reprinted. so i called customer service to complain. i know they arrive together. they were checked in together and then they misteriously seperated in transyt inside of their facility. they are of no help! but because of my complaining, someone at fedex keeps putting my package on a vaction hold and changing the date everyday and everyday i have to go in and take it off on the website. not them, but i have to do it every day. so somebody knows my package is there and should have been delivered on the 6th of feb, not the 9th or whenever they decide to stop playing games. they should be made to compensate people for their avoidable delays, just like the airline industry, because we both suffered the same setbacks over the january storms. read more

I was expecting an order from Sam's Club by FedEx. It was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, 9/24/2022 or 9/25/2022, before 8:00 pm. My RING Doorbell alerted me to someone at my front door at 11:11 pm Sunday night. I immediately went to the door, and the driver had already gone. The whole side of the box was busted out with a big hole. The Propane Patio Heater inside the box was caved in. Something very large and very heavy fell on this box. There is no way the driver did not notice this, and by how quickly he left my property, he did not want to be there when I saw the box. read more

Wish I could give them a lower rating. They lose my packages all the time never to be found. Throw my boxes on the street. In the mud, rain, ant beds. Lots of damaged products. Keep filing complaints, but fed ex apparently doesn't care. I have called several companies that I regularly order from & told them I need UPS delivery or I'm going to cancel. They will be sending by UPS from now on. This fed ex location is the WORST! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. If you're lucky to have an honest delivery person, they're ok. Our FedEx ground delivery guy or his buddy that loaded the truck) stole our Black Friday Apple Watch delivery. He sat the box in a way that you couldn't see the box had been opened (Ring camera) and ran down the sidewalk back to his truck. My wife was able to catch him before he drove off and pointed out the shipping box had been ripped open and only the empty Apple Watch box remained. He stated the person loading his truck would have seen it. After some additional prompting he called his "Supervisor" to supposedly open a claim and investigate. Must have been his partner in crime because NO ONE at FedEx knew anything about it. No claim opened. Over eight hours of phone calls over two days thereafter with FedEx "Support" (located overseas) has resulted in no help so far. I believe I may have a couple claims now open but who knows. It's as if FedEx doesn't really care or have any accountability over their drivers or loading personnel. read more

FedEx is the absolute worst. I had a package that was supposed to show up on a Wednesday. It ran slightly early and that ETA changed to Monday. Monday comes around and no packages have shown up, package is shown to be sitting at this location. I call and am told that since the original delivery date was Wednesday they were going to hold my package until then. They will not release it for an early delivery or even a pickup. FedEx Ground at 2251 E. Bardin in Arlington is horrible. Package delivery attempted 6 times. Each time tracking said "Customer not available or business closed." We were open and available each day an "attempt" was made. I even took a picture of the truck out my window one day. The security at this location is awful and not helpful. This location does NOT take care of its contract partners/drivers. My son has had his car stolen TWICE in the last three months! He parked in the lot they told him to park in and said there were cameras; however, it still happened again. And guess what, the cameras "aren't working". Last time he had to put it all on his insurance and they didn't do anything to help him. Well, here we go again. Where is the customer service for your employees?! The people that spend long hours/days on the road for your company. I'm hoping and praying that someone steps up and helps him this time...but I won't hold my breath. Had a package that was scheduled for delivery Friday 3/5/21. I was here all day waiting with the door open, driver never showed, the tracking suddenly showed "incorrect address - recipient moved, returning package to shipper". I immediately called them and they said the local station would call me back. A lady called back saying it will be delivered Monday. Come Monday the tracking showed "address corrected" but now it showed scheduled delivery for Tuesday..... Today is Tuesday and it has not showed up. I just called them again and the agent said it is being returned to sender, it is too late to stop it. This is outright lying and ridiculous they are stealing money and the driver never even showed. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! Fed Ex - Fort Worth (Village Creek Rd.) My $454 package (+ $17.39 shipping) which happened to be a complete upper assembly from Aero Precision is supposedly lost and nobody cares. If you know anything about AR rifles, you know what I'm talking about and the value and the importance. It left this facility early one morning en route to an Irving facility (hour away max) and 6 days later has still never made it. And if it has, it's just sitting around the back of some truck that will prob never get checked or just simply stolen. I've worked in major shipping. It's a damn shame no one is willing to track/connect the package to the van and driver. Did the van and driver make it to the next facility? If so, why hasn't it been scanned? Is the van/truck on property? If so, get off your *** is there any packages still in the van/truck? This operation is lazy, careless, and incompetent. Try to avoid using if something of value. Using the word "lost" and not having any idea of it's location sure looks like a b.s excuse for theft and we don't know who's accountable! *** lost luggage is tracked to the wrong location, found, then sent to the correct one! And this is supposedly "FedEx" , a global player?? User's recommendation: Avoid and hope this operation shuts down and a more reliable and accountable company takes over. read more

Very disappointed in the delivery service from this station. We had our shipment consistently delivered to the same wrong address (not even close to our neighborhood). The driver seems to be completely irresponsible to not even check the address on the shipment before just casually dropping off the packages at wrong address. We had the owner of the house bring those packages to our house on a weekly basis. Also, these packages had thousands of dollars worth of items. It also appears the driver does not really care where the boxes end up so long as his truck is cleared. Read the address on the boxes - basic skill to being a shipment truck driver. is it not ? This has happened consistently 8 times over the course of 2 months. I have launched a complaint and I need this resolved ASAP. This station is screwing it up for all of the FedEx brand. The station manager needs to fix this immediately. Very frustrating, very unprofessional, and irresponsible - piece of service. If I had a choice, I would never have my vendors ship via FedEx anymore. Just a very lazy station. That's why UPS takes a picture of "after delivery" and this is why FedEx does not - because they know they suck at delivering the packages at the owners' expense. What an absolute joke! I expect better than lies about a delivery. How do you know there was no one to take the delivery if you never even went to location? I work overnight and did not stay up all day for a delivery requiring a signature just to have no one show up and then mark my delivery as no one home. Ridiculous. I will never use FedEx again. A two day order that was picked up on March 3 in California set until noon yesterday. The delivery still says it's pending and after two phone calls and a trace case put out on it no one can tell me where is my package is or when it will be delivered. I keep getting lots and lots of excuses and even their website is posting their apologies for delays but the weather was two weeks ago and bad weather should not still be affecting deliveries now here in Texas read more

To prevent retaliation I am withholding my last name, I am giving this FedEx location the lowest stars possible if it were to allow me to list their rating with a zero I would! Today we showed up to pick up a trailer they contracted us to move for them, but when we went to back up to the trailer the legs were all the way up, after releasing the air out of the suspension to lower the truck as far as possible we still couldn't get our truck under the thing and all the weight shifted to the front so levering the sucker up by hand was not possible even with 2 grown men pulling and pushing on the thing. When we called linehaul and spoke with Daniela who seems to always produce unnecessary negativity and stress, she refused to assist in finding a solution and preceded to hang up on us. When we contacted management from the location the load was destined to they tried talking to her and she was even discourteous to them as well! I'm hoping by posting this review someone who actually cares about the conduct and the image the employees of this establishment project might see it and help counsel this department on how things should be handled! read more
