Ok, so, you research ways to move your stuff across a few states. You try to find a reliable…read morecompany that won't require you to take out a loan! You see reviews and try to be as responsible as possible about your large move. I guess it dosen't pay when it comes to "Old Dominion "! The people you talk to seem really nice and helpful. You are delivered a fairly nice and clean trailer. Our trailer did NOT have the hand truck that was SUPPOSED to be in it, the special hook used to drop the beams to create shelves was NOT in the trailer either! So, you load your household, wrapping expensive items with care. An antique dresser arrived gouged, my husband's expensive tool box arrived with a bent wheel and the piece de resistance, our two, big screen TV's were smashed into other items cracking them and breaking their frames!!! Mind you, this would NOT have happened if the company's personnel hadn't SHOVED their freight into our household, thus pushing our items BACK at least 4 inches!!! Our items were blocked by two, wood, beams with large pieces of plywood to block where our items ended. There was NO FRICKIN' EXCUSE to shove their freight that hard and far into our stuff!! My husband has worked LTL for many years so he knew what they did to cause all our damage! I am sick! I can't believe just how careless and relentless this company was with OUR belongings! We paid enough for this kind of sh*t to NOT happen! I will never use them again! If you do, you better buffer a good, two, feet minimum in case they SHOVE their freight into your stuff! I seriously thought we made a good choice in choosing "Old Dominion Moving", but it turned out to be an awful, awful choice!! Note: fragile items WERE wrapped, cushioned, and strapped as good as was humanly possible! There was just no reason to shove our stuff back when we paid for the linear feet we used!! THEY actually STOLE from us by taking a forklift to shove their freight in , so as to be able to close the door! Disgusting!

Every time they show up to pick up our parts there is something wrong with the shipment and the driver ends up calling his manger. We ship through Fedex, UPS, Central, Estes, XPO, and many others and OD is the only people that gives us trouble. I will not ship OD from our location again. If there was an option for a zero I would put zero.

Review Title: FedEx Ground Support is the Absolute Worst…read more I am beyond frustrated with FedEx Ground. They managed to lose three of my packages in the span of a single week. One was supposed to go to North Carolina but somehow ended up in California. Two others were meant for two different addresses in Wisconsin, yet both were delivered to random homes right here in Denton where I live. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I trusted FedEx Ground with my shipments, and instead of reliable service, I got chaos and disappointment. Support offered no real solutions, and I'm left feeling fed up and very, very disappointed. If you're considering using FedEx Ground, think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

LOST PACKAGE HAS HAPPENED AGAIN. My package was scanned this time (because I scanned it at the self-serve kiosk), but it never made it to its destination. When I go to the UPS counter today-- after waiting a full 30 minutes because the store was so busy and so few workers actually helping customers-- the counter guy stated that I would have to call UPS myself to find the package, as there was nothing they could do. What a way to transfer responsibility. Of course, I have to do it. What's next? Will I need to drive the truck? But I've learned my lesson. I won't be visiting THIS LOCATION again.

This has been a back and forth issue ever since starting to use this location years ago. Still keep spending money here nonetheless. Honestly, you're better off taking the bus here or paying for parking around the corner at the meters. As you can tell, parking is a real issue. The employees don't give a damn either.
