When I shipped I was quoted 3/5 days. Two days later I received notification it was going to be 13 days. They missed the delivery day and then sent a notification that it would be delivered the next day. At this point the item had been sitting in the delivery depot for five days. When the delivery did not materialize I phoned only to find out it was being held for pick up due to import fees. No notification of any kind, no instructions on where to pick up. Customer service rep just gave me a number to call which despite two long waits I have been unable to talk to anybody. My package is somewhere, I don't know where. Phone communication has been unsuccessful, as has online chat. From this point there is no doubt that when given a choice I will choose the postal service because at least they don't pretend to offer a premium service and they are much cheaper. DHL/LOOMiS- it'll get there when it gets there. Probably. Follow up, I did finally find someone who could give me information on picking up my package and when I went to the Castlegar depot the person who helped me couldn't have been nicer. Still, 20 days on what was supposed to be three and no communication, very unsatisfied

Dispatch is constantly confused, or totally unaware, as to what you're talking about when you call about it. They are constantly ruining or removing packing slips for some reason, which makes receiving stuff a nightmare.
