I needed to help the staff figure out how to operate the printer, and I had to help hand-staple 55 presentations. The price was outrageous (23 cents per page). I found out that other shops nearby were machine-stapled, 7-9 cents per page. I could not get the manager/owner/franchisee to call back after many attempts. Do not give them your money.

This is when I realized that there are parking spots behind the store (facing Publix), so you can carry in heavy packages or even wheel in something large because the sidewalk is right in front of parking and you can go straight into the store. Also useful if it's raining! Truthfully, at that time with the machine broken, I felt sorry for the employee who had to deal with a long line of people holding boxes, but he was super nice and upbeat and made people laugh. I don't think it was his first day but it sure seemed like it. First, he asked me what my ZIP Code was, but it's sitting there on the return address. Then he asked me what the ZIP Code was that it's going to because he couldn't read it. I told him what it was and he still got it wrong. When I got the bill, it sounded like too much money so I looked at it and sure enough there was a four dollar charge that he said he didn't know how it got there. So then he tried to give me a refund for it, but didn't know how to do that. And he tried to re-ring the entire thing up and he didn't know how to do that. He called for his colleague, Hella. She was very little help and then left him alone to finish it. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. This was supposed to take all of 6 to 7 minutes. Admittedly, I was getting frustrated and it was apparent. However, then, Hella decided to join in the fun and she ranted and raved for I don't know how long but she wouldn't stop and she said he won't help you and I won't help you either. So I asked for a manager he came out and she wouldn't even do what he was telling her to do. So rather than fight with her, he just went back to the other guy and he did it while the manager stood there to finish the job. The manager was rolling his eyes at her and had zero control of her behavior. My item is mailed and I will find another post office for the next time. This was truly a negative experience. I do thank the manager for helping and I am sorry that he has to work with such incompetence.

There are now 29 businesses providing medical, beauty, and pet services, shopping, and dining. Publix is the Anchor of the Fountains of Boynton and there is a mix of national and local businesses. These include LA Fitness, MD Now Urgent Care, Inspired Closets, Allura Aesthetics, Hand and Stone, Goodyear, Allura Salon, Boynton Bagels, Eye-Site, Tomalty Dental, the UPS Store, China Lane, and Boss Rain Pet. I came to the plaza to attend a family dinner at Lucille's Bad to the Bone BBQ. The plaza is very pretty with beautiful landscaping, stone benches, and fountains. A lot of effort has been taken to make the plaza look nice. There is plenty of parking and a lot of useful businesses here. It is easy to see why this shopping center's lot is always full.
