Food Delivery Service is based on the Paleo/Zone meal plans, and is delivered in a sealed insulated bag that will protect your food for up to four hours. Two deliveries a week. One on Tuesday, and another one on Thursday to keep the food fresh. They do not freeze their food. Delivery time window is between 4 pm and 9 pm. It is nice to come home and have dinner already prepared. This is a life saver, especially if you don't like to cook or have a busy schedule. I choose the maintenance meal plan (lunch and dinner only) with one delivery a week. For 6 meals, the price per meal is $17.33. That price is based on the meal plan I choose, the amount of meals, and tax and shipping charges for a total of $103.40 a week. (see copy of receipt) I found having chicken for most of the meals was tiring. I would like to have more of a variety maybe a nice fresh salad once in a while.
