I might be 3 years late writing this review, and looking at some of the other reviews.... I honestly had a great experience here and I walked out with a nice pair of AF1s. I was very impressed with the way the store was set up and how they displayed the shoes and clothes. Since my trip out west, I have bought several pairs of shoes from Feature and will continue to. This place is trash, I ordered an item online with a 10% code that they gave me for registering for their newsletter. The item didn't fit so I called my local retail store and asked them if I could return it in person. Not only did they never answer me directly, but the girl Cindy and her colleague were feeding me BS about A FINAL SALE FROM A 10% OFF CODE. What sense would it make to penalize a customer for agreeing to join your platform? She claims she was told by upper management to not accept returns where customers have applied this discount. Mind you, nowhere on the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges does it mention anything about this. So rather than being able to go down the street to return my product, I am forced to deal with their online support team. Way to lose a customer and destroy a reputation. Customer service is A1 in this place. Newer guy said they didn't have a shoe in stock even though it said in stock online. The spoke with who I assumed was the manager at the cash register asking her when the stock usually updates. She then looked in the computer to check the stock herself. She figured out that they were in there warehouse a which was a 5 minute walk away. She sent one of her employees to go and get them. All in all it was a great experience and I did not experience any rude employees. I can't wait for the bigger store to open next door! read more

It looks like it wasn't just me who had the same experience. My significant other and I purchased a mask here and it ended up being too big. We were told we cannot try it on prior to purchase due to hygienic reasons. The young gentleman with grey hair assured us the mask would fit. We left the store and returned about 10 minutes after opening it to see that it was far too large. They refused to provide an exchange saying it was final sale. You know what the worst part was, the grey haired associated berated us by saying it was stamped final sale on the receipt. This is not ethical business practices. I used to work in retail and always verbally communicated when merchandise is final sale. Not in this case, the grey haired associate decided to be shady and stamp the receipt, and throw it in the bag without properly disclosing with us the return policy. From the other reviews I've read about this boutique, it doesn't appear very well managed and the business owner responds to other reviews with a bad tone. I'm not being braggadocio by saying high end friends, but if a name and bank account register one as high end, so be it. I went there Saturday, November 4, 2023 for the first time since I just moved into Calabasas from Silicon Valley, more precise Atherton. I browsed, average merchandise to say the least. That's fine. It's the lack of any kind of enthusiasm, customer acquisition is apparently not a culture. Maybe one can say arrogance definitely is. So, with miserable people skills by the staff, obviously the owner is vacant or brain dead, I'll give the benefit of the doubt that the owner has no idea about the malaise occurring, but, that is not a valid argument. The return policy on their " Jordan" shoe line is absurd. Really, taking back a measly $110 / shoe is going to break the bank ? I came back less than 24 hours later to return and then purchase another item to be considerate. I had the receipt, shoe box, bag, even the tissues they put in the box. I wore them for 30 minutes. Just on pavement. I got the laces done perfectly even. She then says " let me try to wipe the bottoms of the shoe and see if they " could be able" to be sold. 45 seconds later, she comes out of the " cleaning bunker" apparently and says "I'm sorry " but these just don't look brand spanking new. Hmm, maybe you could donate them to a shelter or something along a humanitarian cause? Or just toss em. It's the policy that is caveman like. Legit worst customer service ever. Went in on the fly and ended up buying 2 CDG Play shirts and pair of shoes and they were so indifferent and so unhelpful it was ridiculous. This store is absolutely the WORST. I bought a pair of $695.00 Virgil Abloh shoes, never worn, other than around the house. The shoes created a hole in my ankle from rubbing even with socks. I've been shopping with feature Calabasas for quite sometime now and haven't had any issues until very recently. They have a "policy" that says you can't shop for other people, even during the holidays. I wanted to buy some Christmas gifts for my family at feature Calabasas but they denied me from purchases a women's size shoe for my sister. I would like to mention that some employees at feature also believe that this policy/rule is ridiculous but they don't have any say so in giving advise to the manager(s). Feature is a company that is willingly denying customers the ability to purchase their items which is a shame in terms of ethics and business. read more

Always liked the selection here at this location, would come here at least once a week to check it out, but after one of my past experiences I won't be returning to purchase anything from here. A few weeks ago I walked in, grabbed a shoe, then a guy approached me asking if I needed a size. I asked him for a 9.5M/11W and he said he would be right back. When he came out he brought a size 10 and said that's the closest size he had and asked if I wanted it. I asked him for a moment so I could call my mom to see if she still wanted that size. I was given a gift card to this store for Christmas (2019). I decided to use it to finally purchase a pair of sneakers I wanted from their online site. As I was about to pay, I entered my gift card number but the site's shipping cart would not accept it. I called their "customer service" line in Vegas to no avail. No one answers. So I called the Calabasas store to ask for assistance, the person I spoke to had no clue how to help me and proceeded to tell me to call the CS line that no one answers. I tried to reach out on their Instagram account and someone surprisingly responds. How they can answer a DM and not a phone call is beyond me? Anyway, after an hour of waiting for back and forth response, I was told I could not use a gift card purchased from their store for online purchases. Who does that? Am I not buying from the same company???Why isn't that disclosed upon purchase? Online inventory is much more vast than their store inventory and to limit yourself to spending that gift card for just the store is asinine.
