They will charge you if you cancel at the last minute though. Lost a loyal customer today. Editing to add: if that context was appropriate then the business would have been happy to share :) they completely mishandled things with a loyal, weekly customer, did not communicate properly, and were frustrated when I had to come in to get my lashes fixed within just days of my fills because I was left with huge gaps in my lashes ;) there is your additional context. Instead, the technician proceeded to rip the acrylics off my fingers with a tool. It was painful, and as a result, layers of my natural nail were torn off along with the product. My nail beds are now raw, sensitive, and visibly damaged. To make matters worse, the quality of the work was poor across the board. The remaining nail surface is completely uneven and bumpy, making it impossible to even apply a clear coat to protect them. I also received a pedicure, and the polish application was sloppy--the shaping is completely uneven, and the paint job looks like it was done in a rush. I went in hoping for a relaxing service and left with damaged nails that are going to take weeks to recover. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you care about the health and appearance of your nails.

Unfortunately, the customer service and payment experience completely ruined our visit. From the moment we walked in, Salem at the front desk came across as rude and unwelcoming. Then there were multiple issues with our bill. We were first told we had been undercharged, then overcharged, and we were also given the wrong ticket amount. On top of that, my mother attempted to withdraw $300 from their ATM, but the machine only dispensed $180. We were told she would receive a refund for the missing money, but she still has not received it. What bothered me most was Salem's attitude when I questioned all of the changing prices and incorrect charges. Instead of apologizing or trying to calmly explain what happened, she told me, "That's just how we work here." When I expressed that I was unhappy with the situation, she even told me that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to come back. Then, after all of this, they called me again saying that they had undercharged me. The nail technicians deserve recognition because Kim and Diana were great, but the front desk customer service and the way the payment issues were handled were extremely disappointing. With so many billing problems in one visit, I would strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving and keeping documentation of any refunds you are promised. I definitely won't be going back.

Absolutely LOVE my lashes and very relaxing experience. I've gotten lash extensions prior to Saem 2 times and it wasn't really what I expected especially because I didn't know what I wanted or was getting into. In a way, you could say I felt like I was being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. Saem kindly informed me of the different styles and worked with me to see what it was that I wanted. The procedure takes about 2 hours give or take. At first, I was worried I wouldn't be able to stand being on my back for so long with my eyes closed but once I closed my eyes Saem was so warm and welcoming it was as if we've known each other for so long! Towards the end, my neck did get a little stiff but as for the duration of the procedure it was super relaxing and comfortable. I have small and slightly hooded eyes. I wanted my lashes to be noticeable while not being too dramatic and the outcome was better than what I expected. (Will post pictures when I get them) Also I definitely recommend the parking garage as it's only $2 and across the studio! read more

Had a bad experience getting a full set somewhere else, and Saem was so amazing in saving my lashes and taking them off. She told me to wait two weeks to come back and get new ones because she wanted my eyelashes to grow back! This tells me that she is very passionate and cares a lot about her clients!
