Guys - I've been eating here for years. There are some things on the menu [ex. Stratiatella soup,…read moresalad & chicken marsala] that are VERY good. The big issue is the tomato sauce...any of them...way too acidic. The sauce should not have that dark red (tomato paste color)....red flag that its too acidic. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. I've been a customer for many, many years. I used to…read morelove their food. They've really gone downhill in the last couple of years or so. I spoke to a manager about an order that was incorrect as well as messy and unappealing. I was being kind, I did tell him they'd often made errors that I never even called them about. He interrupted me and said, "what he would do is never do business with that restaurant again." I was SO SHOCKED that he said that to a long time customer who'd given them hundreds and undreds of dollars, so much business and referrals over the years. I responded with that was a great idea. I stopped doing business there for a couple of months. I then decided to give them one more chance. I placed an order. It came incorrectly made. I called them. They told me that for the $56.00+ that they charged me, they would only refund me $10.00 (the cost of the pasta, they said) or I could have it remade. I opted for the remake. It arrived and was the grossest meal I'd ever seen, as well as made wrong. It was thick, slimy and had loads of butter-the recipe calls for no butter, I've never seen it made that way. I will never do business there again. For a manager to say that to a loyal customer is unacceptable to me as well as the $10.00 refund for a charge over $56.00 when the mistake was on their part. The managment and customer service there is horrible. They don't deserve anyone's business. They took my love for them and trashed it with their subpar food and attitudes.

The highlight of our experience was our server, MASON, whose service was on pointe with a gauged continuum that was refreshing and easy. He mentioned he spends a shift or two in the kitchen helping the cooks with preparing orders. This young man has the right qualities to be something special one day and kudos to his parents. The open dining room is narrow but the table setup worked well in that space, allowing several 4/6 top tables for small groups. Anyhow, the sauce on this pie is the draw because it's very similar to what I ate growing up courtesy of my Nonna and my mom's homemade cooking. The crust is baked just right, topped with quality cheeses and the red pizza sauce was abundant and delicious. As we were waiting for our pizza, we took the opportunity to view all the other entrees served to get an idea what the menu items look like and that frutti de mare is next on my bucket list!! Thank you to the kitchen staff for laboring to serve great food! See you soon.

I ordered well done, and if that's well done, their standard is under cooked. Sauce & cheese were unremarkable. The bright spot was the sliced Italian sausage topping. The sausage still had "snap". I prefer this over crumbles. The italian sausage was good and had good flavor. The pierogie pizza was a swing and a hard miss. It was borderline inedible; dry beyond belief. Large pieces of partially fried/ sautéed onions. Dry French fries (which I found odd) and bacon crumbled haphazardly applied. If there was a sauce of any kind, it evaporated. It was difficult to determine if there was even a true pierogie on it. I did locate some type of instant mashed potatoes when I diseasected a piece. It was a complete flavorless mess in my culinary opinion. We sampled the breaded and fried mushrooms. I am disappointed to report that they had an aftertaste of a cleaning product. The sauce that accompanied was flavorless. This is my honest review. If someone had a better experience, kudos to you. We won't be returning. #rushieeats

Brick stands out because it's in downtown bethlehem which draws a big crowd. There are inside and outside seating options at this restaurant and we chose to sit outside because it's nice. At the beginning the service was very nice letting us pick our table and being respectful. the water came quickly and honestly so did the appetizer. we ordered garlic parm french fries and they weren't too bad. i ordered the lobster mac and cheese and my girlfriend ordered the vodka rice balls. these came out pretty quickly and so did refills on our waters. the food was overall pretty good as we both finished our plate. the prices i feel were very reasonable due to the quality of the food and the overall reputation of the restaurant itself. The only downside was that there was something weird in my girlfriend's water and it took awhile to get the check but i understand it was kind of busy tonight. I can tell that people who work here care about their jobs and making other people feel welcome. To end my review I want to say this is a very nice restaurant and I would recommend you others. Thank you
