Review for Cambridge Apartments - Management Only I moved into Cambridge Apartments in July. While the maintenance staff has consistently been prompt, respectful, and effective, the management experience has been extremely poor and disorganized. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I first moved in, the on-site manager at the time was difficult but at least communicative. However, she was frequently late, left early, and was often absent for days at a time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Despite being barely present, my car was towed for expired tags the day after I moved in, even though I had informed her I was in the process of resolving the issue and parked exactly where she instructed me to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After that, there were multiple temporary managers who rotated through the office and never seemed to last long.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A few months later, Raeseanna Lightner became the property manager, and since then the situation has significantly worsened. I've seen a noticeable number of tenants move out since her arrival, and I now understand why.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Communication from her is essentially nonexistent. Phone calls are not returned, emails go unanswered, and tenants are not notified of issues unless absolutely forced. Basic communication seems to be avoided altogether.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Here is the situation that led to my eviction notice: In October, I informed Raeseanna on the 2nd of the month that my rent would be late and that I would pay as soon as possible. She informed me I would receive a late notice, which I understood. After receiving the notice, I went to the office that Friday and told her I had the funds and would be making the online payment that evening. She told me not to worry and that I had until the next day. I completed the payment that night. I saw her again shortly after, and she said nothing to indicate there was an issue. I had no reason to believe the payment did not go through. On November 25, I came home from work and my son handed me a letter he found under our doormat -- it was an eviction notice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The following day, I went to the office and spoke with Raeseanna. I asked why I was never contacted by phone, email, or in person when she had seen me previously. Her response was that it was "not her job" and that I should email the generic property management email -- an email address she herself has access to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I sent the email immediately. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What is concerning is that the email was never forwarded, escalated, or responded to. When I requested proof of escalation or contact information for someone above her, none was provided. There was no CC, no forwarding record, and no response.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is especially frustrating because in the past, when online payments didn't process correctly, previous front office staff contacted me immediately, and I came in and resolved the issue without incident. The online portal is still relatively new here and has had problems before. I'm writing this review to bring awareness to some concerning practices I've personally witnessed while living in an FDC Management-managed property. A friend of mine, who also receives Section 8 assistance, recently showed me a 3-Day Notice to Pay or Quit that was dated January 3, but was mailed instead of posted on the door and did not arrive until several days later -- after the three-day period had already passed. There was no return address on the envelope, and the mailing itself appeared improperly addressed. This raised serious concerns for us. What made this especially troubling is that a 3-Day Notice is time-sensitive by nature. Mailing it -- instead of properly serving it -- meant the tenant had no real opportunity to respond within the stated timeframe. This feels misleading and unfair, particularly when the tenant owed a relatively small amount and is part of a subsidized housing program. I have been living here for about 4 months, after struggling to get here the day before I signed the lease agreement, the told me I would need to pay a $200 pet deposit and an additional $60 per month pet rent for my service animal. I provided them with documentation of my need for him by my previous MD and Ventura county service animal licensing, as well as California Department Social Service's notification that we qualify for a monthly stipend of $50. Fdc refused my request for accommodation twice now. The first they stated they were unable to accept previously filled out/ signed forms. So having recently arrived to Camarillo from Orange County I hadn't established care yet with new PCP after doing so I resubmitted to get denied because according to them I had not provided adequate information by the appropriate health care provider. I am disgusted with there lack of empathy and greed. $2,120 for a studio with 3/4 bath, no dishwasher, no doorbell, steel stairs that have an open ceiling so there dangerous in the rain, an oven which makes high pitch noise when used, only 2 windows which must be opened since there is a furnace constantly leaking hot air, no ac, pool closes at 9.pm, poor lighting at night accept the pools which are of limits. Not to mention they state during the walkthrough and before receiving keys all issues must be stated then and there otherwise they are renter's responsibility upon move out. I have always had 10 days to report, when moving into a place so the holes in the walls that weren't plastered before painting and the nails that were painted over with will likely be charged from my deposit. The community off Camarillo itself is beautiful, peaceful and safe. The police have not been aggressive nor intimidating. The air is clean and it always nice out, occasional rain included. As far as FDC Management.... Let's just say that the second star was for the hard working maintenance, landscapers, and neighbors whom work hard and play nice. read more

The Los Arbolitos apartment complex is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Whatever you do not move here if you care about your health and safety. There have been hundreds of calls with the police about incidents with crime/harassment/violence going on here and the apartment complex and corporation FDC don't do anything about it. Their exact words are, " guaranteeing anyone's safety is beyond our ability and obligation." The office does not take responding back to their residents with any sort of urgency and dismissing you like the harassment and safety concerns happening aren't a big deal and just say they are dealing with it. When in-fact they won't take additional measures to ensure anyone's safety here, they are beyond unhelpful and put it back on you to fix. I would highly highly advise no one to move here, especially if you are a woman. They do not care about residents here and are only concerned with making money and what looks good for their business. DO NOT MOVE HERE or to any of their properties. FDC only cares about money. Cannot ensure the safety of its residents and doesn't care at all what goes on at the property. Corporate never cares to reach out the residents. DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THE LOCATIONS. FDC is terrible. And that quote is directly from Amity Jackman at Corporate, the regional manager. I also left a voicemail weeks ago Brad Whitcomb, no response from him. They don't do background checks on residents who are provided free rent from the state. STAY AWAY FROM ALL THEIR PROPERTIES. I am staying at Casa Monterey apartments i moved in October 2024 in December we noticed that a mouse was behind our refrigerator on a trap. we immediately called the office. They did send out pest control but they didn't find any entry points. Like others, would give zero (0) stars if I could. I'm a former tenant of one of their properties in Southern California and was recently informed of "move out unit upgrade charges" from 2018 which included new cabinets, carpets, fixtures and paint. However, according to California state law: "A landlord can only deduct certain items from a security deposit. The landlord can deduct for: Cleaning the rental unit when a tenant moves out, but only to make it as clean as when the tenant first moved in. Repairing damage, other than normal wear and tear, caused by the tenant and the tenant's guests." Thus, the "move out unit upgrade charges" the company routinely charges tenants are ILLEGAL. The company also kept my $1,500 deposit and did not respond to my move out pictures which demonstrated professional cleaning (including carpets), or my response to their illegal move out charges (which I have no doubt was destroyed by the company; see FDC MANAGEMENT INC LAWSUITS below). Further, illegal move out unit upgrade charges are one of several reasons the business has an "F" rating as is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau/BBB (https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/anaheim/profile/property-management/fdc-management-inc-1126-100090552). We pay a large amount for a one bedroom to supposedly have security but they clearly don't do their jobs. They won't even put in security cameras though this happens to someone else on a WEEKLY BASIS. During the past several weeks of our tenancy at La Paz Apartments, we have been experiencing a maggot fly and rodent infestation. I have reported these issues to management repeatedly without resolution. I have communicated these reports through email and voicemails to management. The maintenance personnel responded 3-4 times in response to these reports but failed to resolve the pest infestation. Management informed me that pest control would be sent out. However, after Vector Sector came out, pest control was called to address the unit's issues on Oct 19, 2022. Pest control is to follow up on the next visit per the manager "Our pest control tech will do another follow-up on his next visit." I have not heard anything about pest control coming out or seen them at this time. Due to the failure of proper management to resolve the infestation, I have contacted the Orange County Fair Housing Commission and the local Health Department. Based on my communication with these agencies, I was advised to contact Vector Sector to assess the unit. Upon this inspection, I was informed by Vector Sector specialists that the issue was resulting from rodents that had ideas within the walls of our unit and were attracting the flies. The report provided also detailed that the flies observed are Margot flies, indicating organic matter decay, not common fruit or house flies. The results of this report provided by Vector Sector were provided to the property management. The decay of the carcasses inside of the walls continues to attract maggot flies. Despite these several efforts to report the issue and seek resolution, our unit continues to have flies and rodents appearing. They want me to pay for a month's rent when I couldn't cook in my kitchen for three months, my disabled mother, who has diabetes, and my nine-year-old son. They only called pest control twice when I had mice and after I called the city out on them. Now that I have found laws to break my lease, they will not let me break my lease, and I still have flies. The manager that they have on-site is telling me that I must pay all this money to break my lease after the fact that they have violated all my safety and health rights and my mother's safety and health rights. Do not ever rent from this company. Their managers are and do not care about your safety. I have seen and heard things, and my son has seen something he should not be seeing on the Laz PAZ apartment site. read more

Two-Faced Company. (Rented at Monticello Apartments) We had a great experience when moving in with our resident manager and the staff was incredibly friendly. Everything seemed fine until we moved out. They took our entire security deposit for a bunch of bogus charges. We kept our place in PERFECT condition and they charged us for carpet cleaning, cleaning of the apartment, repainting, and reglazing the bathtub... Never been more disappointed in a company like this, they led us to believe we would receive back most of our deposit and then decided to steal just like another greedy management company. Take photos of your place if you're going to live here and read everything carefully. (Experience at Monticello HB has been a nightmare and lack of performance on FDC's part is utterly disappointing) Prior to signing the lease, we were told that the community was quiet, respectful, and considerate. We were looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live and continue with our post-graduate studies. Upon moving in, that was not the case. We have made several complaints via phone and email regarding loud and obscene noises that can be heard with our windows shut. We tried to adapt with black-out curtains, leaving our windows shut 24/7 (YES, it can get hot in the unit with no AC), and using headphones when we watch television. We did not receive a response from management with the last couple of emails we sent. There have been incidences where people are breaking the lease agreement regulation that states "All noise and gathers, inside or out, must be held to a minimum at all times so as not to disturb the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents. Radios and television should never be operated in a manner that disturbs others. Resident will report all usual disturbances and suspected illegal activities to the police immediately." We were told many times to call HB police department which is NOT necessary if people are not breaking noise ordinance law section 4.5 or doing anything illegal. Someone was even yelling obscenities in the morning for a few hours which can be heard near the leasing office's open door and management failed to do anything about it. We're not asking for much, except for FDC management to do what they were hired to do. With the many failed attempts by management to regulate a peaceful living community, we're counting down the months on moving out and possibly looking into laws regarding lease agreements and noise ordinance/quiet enjoyment within California. read more

DO NOT move here. (Los Arbolitos Apartment in Huntington Beach) First, I'd like to say that I am a long term resident of 5 years here. The only reason why I continued to stay here is because of the location. It's great being less than a mile from PCH, but that is what they sell you on. The property is well maintained, but the management is horrible. EVERY TIME we call the office or go into the office, there is new staff and the turnover is very high. We have new neighbors all the time. Also, they hike up the rent prices for nothing. They do not do upgrades or try to accommodate their residents. They do not even care. There are NO amenities, only 2 pools and even the pool guy is rude. They are a very corporate type apartment management property. They are very unprofessional. They are very petty and take the ease of living near the beach unpleasant. Here is what has happened over the years. 1. My car has gotten broken into THREE times! Management does nothing! Just tells me to make a police report. They lie and say they have security walking around at night and they do not. 2. My car was stolen off the property and no one sees? 3. Bikes were stolen that were locked in the car port. This happened to multiple neighbors. 4. Car port storage was broken into. 5. Homeless always dumpster diving. 6. Dog poop everywhere inside and outer perimeter of property. 7. They are always sending out notices about balcony decor and furniture. 8. They never answer questions or respond in a timely manner. 9. They work their maintenance crew to the bone and do not appreciate them. These are NOT luxury apartments. Do not be fooled. Neighbors over the years have gotten louder and more big dogs, which I thought was not allowed. The management continues to get worse and worse. They do not care about the residents, just filling up apartments. I've had 5 different neighbors right below me - says wonders. I was happy when I first moved in, but it's getting worse. We have moved to a much nicer LUXURY apartment for the same price. You can find better for same rate anywhere in HB or Costa Mesa, just don't go here. Apartment management, corporate and all, work on your customer service skills. You're going to get paid either way, so why not be nice to the residents who help pay your salary. read more

I am absolutely disgusted with these people, especially the woman who answers their phones at their corporate head quarters! I called to inquire about the refund of my $200 deposit that was debited from my account August 23rd (it's now almost the first of October). On Friday, August 20th, I applied to the On 7th Apartments in Upland, CA, mind you, this is late Friday evening and there is no one in the office to receive my application. Never the less, I went ahead and submitted my online application, along with the $40 app fee and the $200 deposit to hold apartment. I did not hear from anyone in the leasing office on Saturday the 21st, or Sunday the 22nd. My first conversation with ANYONE from leasing office wasn't until I called them Monday the 23rd in the afternoon to inform them, to pull my application and return my deposit, because I had just found out my Dad (who lives in Texas and was hospitalized with Covid) wasnt going to make it. I told them due to these unfortunate circumstances I need to go to Texas and would have to put off any plans for moving right now, I apologized for any inconvenience and was told I would be refunded my deposit and actually in all fairness I should have my application fee refunded as well, because the person in the leasing office said my credit hadn't even been run yet. Anyway, here we are September 30th and I have yet to be refunded any money. I called at least 3 other times in the past month and was told did different things by different people every time. The last VM I received from the leasing office stated I would not be getting my deposit back, because it wasn't due to my credit not being approved, it was because I pulled my application BECAUSE MY DAD IS DYING of COVID AND I HAD TO GO TO TEXAS TO BE NEAR HIM!! I was absolutely blown away by this, so I called the FDC corporate office today Sept 30th and the lady who answers the phone there said she was gonna have to take my name and number and have so and so call me back, but at this point I am absolutely HEATED and in tears AND SICK AND TIRED OF THE RUN AROUND AND INCONSISTENCIES of their "policies" I was FED UP and used the F word a couple times while speaking to this woman she HUNG UP ON ME!! I have never been hung up on by any business in my entire life and having worked in customer service most of my life have and WOULD NEVER HANG UO ON ANYONE I DONT CARE HOW MANY TIMES THEY USE THE F WORD!! I am disgusted by these people and this shady ass property management company! When I move from Cambridge apartments in Huntington Beach to serve this country and work overseas,I paid their full months rent as a penalty of breaking the lease but when I spent two day dedicated to cleaning and making sure it was ready to move in and I get $12 dollars from a $500 security deposit... well that's just unacceptable. There were hidden cost with leaving (a mandatory cleaning fee of almost half your deposit) and if I would have know that I would have left it the way it was!! But, As it was.. the place is / was ready to move in when I left it!!! When I return to the states I will definitely find a better and more deserving place for my money!! I don't recommend FDC Management to anyone. We rented at La Paz Apartments in Fountain Valley for 5 months. During the pre-move out inspection, we got told by Julie Velasquez the current manager to not clean the apartment, as they need to hire someone to clean it to make sure that it's COVID safe. We agreed to pay for the cleaning and carpet shampoo fees for that reason. There were couple places that the paint chipped off the walls before we moved in, I pointed them out and we still got charged a prorated painting fee for a new coat. I contacted Julie several times and she was strategically vague about the painting requirement and cost, refused to provide any instructions or policy about it, until eventually referred to the lease and said the painting had to be done and it's on us. Reading other reviews here, I figured that charging for cleaning, carpet shampooing and painting is their playbook to get tenants money one last time during their move-outs. read more

This is probably one of the worst companies to work for in America. The managers on site are forced to manage other apartments or they get fired. At the apartment complex I live at, the manager has been here for many years and has always made my stay pleasant, even with the overpriced rent. The staff turnover rate is awful. Good managers are treated poorly and the company doesn't value long time, reliable workers. Definitely avoid working for FDC and living at their apartments. I moved out due to job relocation. Gave 30 day notice and paid all termination fees totaling just shy of 5k. I was in the apartment for 3 months, 1 of which I was out of town for work. During my time there I never once hung a picture or wore my shoes past the entry way. Last week I recieved a letter from them which I assumed was my security deposit. Nope they spent my deposit on painting and carpet cleaning. I took pictures and videos of the apartment when I left (if that says the kind of faith I had in them to do whats right) it was is as good if not better than move in. Not only was I charged for these but they stated to use a company to do the painting and carpet cleaning but gave no recipt and the total was exactly the total of my security deposit. Harbour Lights Former Resident...Their worst employee, Jwad, just sent me a notice that not only are they keeping my $1000 deposit but want me to pay $500 plus more as they need to replace the carpets, paint all the wall, resurface the tub etc....what the heck? I lived there 11 months and left the place with no damages and in good shape... I took pics upon move out and all the carpet needed was cleaning and a touch up on the paint. I advised them I will not be paying and I will contact my counsel tomorrow for direction. I am prepared to take them to court on the principal of the matter and I do not care how much that will cost me. its about the principal of the matter.. I am only judging FDC on Jwad and his poor judgment on this moveout. He is the one who showed me the apt when I moved in and I almost did not rent because of him as he has no social skills nor respects boundaries... Just awkard. read more

This is regarding lake Forest, Ca Timber Apartment. I have to give a negative start rating but there was no such option. Overall community is great, cleanliness is great, apartment interior is great, construction is great, community space is great. The problem is management staff, the leasing manager is a rude mid 40's lady, very unprofessional, favor her community people over others. If you are coming her just to live well beware that you should tell her you are hispanic else you will be treated as if you are her servant. I use to live in the community for about 4 year. I was never treated well in regards to my maintenance requests similar community people issue will be resolved first. Office always close before the working hours and emergency help is just a show off no one will be there to help. There is a really loud noise from neighbors and complain regarding that will be disregarded if the complaint is for manager community people. Seems like America is diverse country but her like people god please help. 2 months after moving out, I received a letter demanding that I pay 547.00 or I would be reported to the credit agencies. No explanation. No documentation. They did not return the security deposit either. Again no explanation or documentation for this. No letter or invoices or any other form of communication has occurred since we moved out. I strongly recommend you stay as far away from this complex and managing company as you possibly can. They only care about taking your money and making a profit (I have no problem with them wanting a profit, as long as they CARE about the people paying them and give us something WORTH our money!). They skimp on maintenance and make the place extremely dangerous for you and your family. Their shortcuts came within 2 seconds of killing my children. When I went to the office to tell them how I upset I was about what happened, I was told this (EXACT QUOTE): "It's no big deal because nothing actually happened." EXCUSE ME?! YES, it is a HUGE deal that splintered, rotted wood and giant sharp nails came crashing down into our yard just as my children were walking out there to play and RIGHT AFTER they supposedly fixed it (we had to leave the apartment for the whole day to allow them to "fix" the problem - apparently, their idea of fixing the problem was to keep the rotted wood and just try to put bigger nails into it). They CLAIM they are pet-friendly but this is just another thing they "tolerate" in order to get additional security deposit AND pet rent from you. The second they hear a peep from your pet, they call to complain. I'm sorry, but a dog is going to BARK when you knock on the door and when you are standing directly next to our yard. That is what dogs do. They had the nerve to suggest I SHOCK COLLAR my dog because they didn't like it when he barked as they walked by the apartment's yard (which he would only do if we were not home). I WILL NOT abuse my pet for anybody. My neighbors are constantly smoking cigarettes near the walkway, which is illegal in the city of Camarillo. I complained numerous times and they did nothing about it - they would only bring them a piece of paper stating the law. I also complained numerous times about my excessively loud upstairs neighbors that would consistently wake my children up in the middle of the night. Nothing was ever done and nothing ever changed. Additionally, they toss their trash over their patio into our yard on a pretty regular basis and nothing is ever done about this. Once, they threw over a bag of rotting, raw hamburger meat that my dog got hold of and could have become extremely sick. Again, nothing was done. They refuse to let you bring any pool toys/floaties/etc to the pool or else they take your pool key away (which is also your laundry key). I can't tell you how many times I witnessed people breaking their pool rules and nothing was ever done about it. My children and I followed the rules and my kids constantly asked me why others could have toys but they couldn't. I am leaving after 2 years of putting up with this ridiculousness. My lease IS UP AND DONE but they are charging me for an extra TWO WEEKS even though I TOLD them I was likely leaving several weeks ago. At that time, they told me they "appreciate 30 days notice in writing" but I was telling them verbally. When I went to tell them I am officially moving as I've been approved for a house, I was immediately met with RUDE responses - "You DO know that you WILL be liable for a full 30 days from now and you WILL pay us." They refuse to budge despite the fact that I TOLD them I was leaving prior to this AND THAT MY LEASE IS OFFICIALLY UP. Well, their lovely response was "well you did not sign this OFFICIAL notice of vacating so it didn't count". When I responded that they NEVER mentioned this paperwork I had to sign, I was told "We don't have to tell you about it." !!!!! Angrier and angrier. When I asked to take it home to look over what I HAVE to sign to leave, THEY REFUSED. They kept claiming blank forms are no longer valid if they leave their office. I was not allowed to take the papers to an attorney to read over what I have to sign to leave the apartments - how is any of this legal??? They said I MUST sign the papers right then and there or my notice is not official. I was FORCED to sign this under duress - my choice was to come back later with an attorney and have to pay extra fees for that PLUS extra weeks rent or sign it without getting to review it. Additionally, when I asked for copies of everything they had in their chart about me, they REFUSED to provide copies of anything that I hadn't signed in the past. There was a whole huge stack of papers that were ABOUT ME in MY FOLDER that they would not provide to me. They claimed I needed a court order to see my own paperwork. I wish I had seen these reviews before renting an apartment at the Brighton Park apartments in Claremont. My experience was the same. The management was rude and disrespectful. Everyone follows the rules, but the on-site management team and their out of control children. When you complain, they retaliate. At the end of your lease you can expect a huge increase in your rent. My rent went from $1650.00 to $2,000 for a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartment in 2 years. The apartment was vintage 1970s and no upgrades have ever been made. When I moved out they not only took my deposit of $500.00, but charged me another $800.00 even though I left the apartment in good condition. I took them to court and the judge ruled that the $800 should be reduced to $450.00. Of course, I don't agree with the ruling, but I am willing to make payments. They refuse to acknowledge the decision of the judge and are threatening to report me to the credit bureaus. I will be returning to court to enforce the judges ruling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid renting from the FDC Management Company. They are unethical at best. read more

I lived at Casa Madrid Azusa for 2yrs . I had to move because in two years they raised my rent, the first year $100 and the next one $120.00. The restroom (apartment above us) leak every time she took a shower. I was so disgusting that left my bathroom rug soak several times. Made several complains to the manager and they did nothing about it. Also, they promised to change my carpet when my first renewal was up, but they never did anything about it either. The manager was never at the office and when she was there she was either on a personal phone call or with a friend. They never answer the phone either. I moved and they charged me to repaint the apartment. I am a clean freak so none of my walls were stained. I was told the reason why they painted was because they need to match the paint. I was charged for them wanting to paint. I called the district manager, manager and assistant manager several times. They never returned my calls. It got to the point that I had to call from friends phones for them to answer me. The district manager excuses was that I was out sick and then went on vacation!! He said he was going to look into and then he never called me back. Horrible experience. One thing I noticed was the same number of people moving in is the same number of people moving out after their first year. They are notorious for over 10% rent increases each year. They don't care about their residents and they certainly don't care about the longterm health of the property or else someone would be doing preventative maintenance. I have lived at the same complex since 2003. Nearly 220.000$ later, this place has raised my rent 95$ a month for the 2017 year. Almost 1400$ for 560 sq. ft. apartment. There are termite eggs everywhere and the wood is rotting. Hopefully they will use some of this rent-rape to get an exterminator. read more

This management company is very poorly ran, from the president right down to the assistant manager. Several landlord laws were broken when they attempted to pay my rent without proper notice, and because the manager who worked there the entire time I lived here was unexpectedly let go. I walked in the office just one day after speaking with her only to find.... "She no longer works for the company" when I saw he moving out, as she was the onsite property manager she explained that the messy as the encounters I was having are a direct reflection on the company. I went to Dana Zini who clearly doesn't know that you cannot increase a tenants rent in excess of 10% without 60 days notice. Mr. James Wohrman president of the company has also turned a blind eye to the issue. Long story short Small claims court it is. I have tried every avenue to rectify the matter however small claims court is in place for a reason I suppose. I cannot wait to have a judge review this case. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm not one to complain unless things get bad enough and unfortunately I've hit my limit. I'm currently residing in the Cambridge apartments in Huntington beach for nearly 2 years. Within 6 months of each other, my car was broken into and items were stolen followed by someone clipping my storage unit lock and stealing some very sentimental and personal items. I've lost thousands of dollars in stolen items, and damaged property. I contacted my property managers in regards to this and there was absolutely nothing done about it the first time and the 2nd time my emails were completely ignored and disregarded. I suggested to have cameras put up for the safety of our belongings, as I am not the first and only one to have things stolen from. Nearly every single person I have spoken to that has lived or are currently living there, have had something broken into and stolen. For the amount of $ I spend on rent each month, which for the record jumped up $100 in a year, I want to know I, and my things, are safe. It's a nice area and these types of things should not be happening this frequently. I am extremely unhappy with the unprofessional-ism and lack of management care at the Cambridge apartments, do not live there, it's not worth your money. read more
