Placed order 7/21 and received it on Saturday 7/26 which is ok I guess but I live in Connecticut only 40 miles away from them. No big deal. I had placed on somewhat large order of front struts, mounts, bearings,complete hardware, rear shocks, mounts with hardware, haldex service kit, with filter, new hardware and fluid. I had called and spoke to customer service and was told all parts are made in Germany, and thats what I wanted. I would even accept made in Europe in the EU. When I received the order, I checked the box to make sure everything I ordered was there. Much to my surprise, Only the rear shocks were made in Germany. The rest China. Seems like European companies have sold out their people for profit, very sad. TK Newtown, CT Update: Spoke with Joe. After a nice conversation we resolved the matter. I understand that ALL companies just look at the bottom line and part manufacturers are no exception. What was once German companies that made all their parts inhouse have sold out. As a dealer, it is often hard to know were the parts come from as manufacturers constantly change that, and to keep up with that on the selling side is a logistics nightmare. I am returning the Made in China, and just have to do a lot more work to find the European car parts that I want. As for the hardware, Joe had stated they buy in bulk from VW and they are not individually packaged, and thats ok because the plastic only goes in the garbage anyway. I will continue to use FCP as they are in my home state as well as their employees and would like to continue to do that, and the shipping is a little quicker in doing so. I want to take the time to thank Nick Z. for the extremely great customer service and his immediate response to my shipping issue. There was an unfortunate mishap in the shipment of my auto parts where 2/5L bottles of oil were mistakenly placed in the same box as some other delicate parts. Needless to say, when they arrived the shipment box was in shambles and parts were scattered throughout the box. There was noticeable damaged to parts. I took several pictures and called FCP Euro in the morning. I spoke to Nick, who immediately apologized for the way that the parts were packaged. He asked my about the contents, which I provided a list of parts that were damaged. He simply asked me to send the pictures when I received the email. Equally amazing was that he asked when I needed the parts. I informed him that I had placed a rush order due to my car being out of commission. I told him that I needed them by the weekend, and it was already Thursday. He said, "No Problem" and I'll have replacements for all damaged parts by TOMORROW. On Friday, I received my package from FCP Euro and all replacement parts were there and carefully packed. This type of customer service is unheard of these days. My fuel pump started acting up, so I ordered a new VDO one from FCP Euro at half the price of the local parts store for the identical part; unfortunately, the fuel pump I got had a defective sending unit. I let the team at FCP know about it and said I didn't need it to be replaced because I was able to put the old sending unit on the new pump, but they sent me a new one anyway. The new pump lasted about 500 miles before it started acting up and finally seizing completely. FCP sent me a new one NDA. That fuel pump locked up the next morning :( Once again, FCP came to my aid. They helped me diagnose other possible issues that may cause these fuel pumps to keep failing and didn't hesitate at all when I said I wanted to return it for a full refund. I siphoned some of the gas out of the tank to check for debris and found none. I checked the screen in the bottom of the fuel pump for debris and found none. I hooked the new failed pump to a 12VDC power supply outside of the car to confirm it was locked up and there wasn't an electrical issue with the car and it was locked up. I checked for shorts in the electrical anyway and found none. It should be noted that the original fuel pump never locked up it just would struggle and the engine would stop, but only when it was low on gas which suggests that it was simply overheating and is on its way to failing completely. Long story short: FCP Euro is amazing - knowledgeable, friendly, and very well priced! As for the VDO (A2C53378276Z) pump, don't bother, get the OEM BMW pump. read more

Beware of Fake Audi Transmission Filter Kit I recently purchased an Audi Q7 transmission filter kit from this merchant, it's claimed it is Genuine Audi parts. However, what I received was a counterfeit product that did not meet my expectations in several ways: False Branding: The product came with a "Hengst" logo instead of the Audi/VW logo as advertised. This discrepancy indicates that it is not an authentic Audi part. Missing Component: The kit lacked a thick rubber gasket around the edge, which is essential for preventing leaks. This omission further confirms the product's inauthenticity. Size Discrepancy and Origin: The fake kit was smaller than the original, and it was manufactured in Poland. Whereas my original one was made in Germany and fits the upper case perfectly. This inconsistency is another red flag. Verification with Audi Dealer: I verified with a local Audi dealer, and they confirmed that the product is not a Genuine Audi part. Despite reaching out to the customer service, their lead, Jason, on three separate occasions, I received no acknowledgment or resolution to the situation. This lack of response reflects poorly on the merchant's commitment to customer satisfaction and product authenticity. I'm going to start off with the ONLY negative thing I experienced. Due to covid-19, their shipping was delayed a bunch. I paid for expedited shipping and it did not come close to it. Not their fault- it is purely due to covid. As for all the many great things! I will purchase all my parts needed for my cars through fcp euro. They have many options for brands, and great prices as well. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. I spoke to a total of three different people. Sean was the man I communicated most with through email, however I appreciate the fellas I spoke with on the phone as well. They went above and beyond my questions and helped me thoroughly understand. In addition to this, I had to return a significant amount of parts. As I've never done this before I called and had help along the way. He made it smooth for me, and made sure I didn't screw myself over. And as a cherry on top of the cake, my cards got hacked. I had to remove and cut up all my cards. Including the only made to order all my parts. And when I realized they didn't have the new card information for my return of money, I panicked. Shane reached out and explained exactly what was going on with overall staff load, and offered to compensate me for the trouble, which I declined as they had already saved me LOTS of money (in the hundreds) compared to competing sellers, for a new, working product. I ordered an alternator from them on 3/25 (Thursday) - the alternator arrived on Monday afternoon with shipping damage - the alternator was mishandled in shipping and likely fell, as the pulley is compressed onto the shaft in such a way where the pulley is touching the alternator case. Unfortunately, I did not notice this defect until I had installed it on the car. The next morning, I contacted the company by phone, spoke with Andrea, and was told that the exchange would be "no problem" and all she needed was a photo of the alternator's pulley to process the exchange with "Loss Protection". I provided the photo as well as a detailed description of my process of events, and my VIN for warranty logging and vehicle specific information lookups (this was detailed by Shane in our phone call later.) There was some miscommunication between what I was promised and what I got, but this was rectified when Shane called me and explained what was going on. read more

I ordered three items and payed extra for fast shipping beacuse I had an engine I needed done by a certain date, and FCP claimed to had all those parts ready to go out unlike ECS, this turned out to be false, not only did these parts not ship on time, but no one reached out to inform me, and when I contacted customer service the day prior about my order still having not shipped, I was told it would ship that day and arrive tomorrow, this did not happen, the next day I contacted again, and was again promised that it would ship that day, today is now past the delivery date I payed for and the items still have not shipped, customer service is now telling me that they are waiting on one of the items I payed for to arrive, if they would have not misled me by first labeling this item as in stock and ready to go out, and then lying to me about the status of the order to customer service, I would not have given the paying customer for this engine incorrect details on when it would be completed, I feel lied to and I will never again use FCP. Edit, while the initial experience was definitely not what I had hoped for, FCP Euro reached out to me and did everything in their power to fix the issue in a timely manner, and I am satisifed with those actions, I will leave my original review up but have changed it to five stars to reflect this. read more

FCP Euro is a business that falsely advertises "Hassle Free Returns." In reality, the return process is anything but hassle-free. First and foremost, the company makes customers pay for the return shipping. Additionally, and most absurdly, they insist that customers repackage the item in a different box before returning it, in order to reuse the original shipping box so they can use the box to resell it to other customers. If you don't use another box to protect the original box they will not issue a refund. This is not only outrageous, but it also adds an unnecessary step to the already inconvenient return process. The representative I spoke with said that "you can find some free boxes at your local supply store." However, having to go out of my way to find another box is not at all hassle-free. To add insult to injury, the entire return process ended up costing me $95, which is more than the product itself cost, $90. I am extremely disappointed in FCP Euro's false advertising and lack of customer service. It is clear that this business prioritizes their own needs over those of their customers and do not care about the customer's experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone and advise others to stay away from their false advertising and poor customer service. read more

I mistakenly drained my Range Rover's transfer box oil right before Christmas, facing difficulties in finding the specific CastrolBOT720 oil, which is significantly pricier in the USA. After a 10-day wait following an eBay purchase, I was dismayed to find that the delivered oil was not only incorrect (CastrolBOT850) but evidently tampered with: the bottle had leaked, the seals were broken, and it contained strikingly dark, clearly used oil. Frustrated, I immediately left a negative review on the eBay seller's profile. The seller's response only deepened my concerns, suggesting I report the package as damaged in transit for an insurance claim, hinting at a dubious scheme: shipping used oil, then manipulating buyers into reporting transit damage to file an insurance claim, doubling the profits, and wasting customers' time. The package, sent directly from FCP Euro, raised questions about their relationship. To resolve my issue, I promptly ordered new oil from another seller and received it in good condition.
