I live in the U.S. The importer for Sidi stopped importing the Vertigo Rains, so I took a chance…read moreto order them from Motoin. Everything was smooth, tho' my CC was initinally blocked until I gave them the OK. I rec'd the tracking info and notices online, and the boots arrived in 2 weeks exactly. The only problem was that my CC# was hijacked and 2 attempts to submit payments for Uploader were fortunately held in Pending. I have since cancelled that CC# and obtained a new one. I don't think this is a fault of Motoin directly, I expect their Secure payment system to protect against fraud, but it happened. If I need moto-something from Europe again, I would certainly visit their site for shopping and consider purchasing from them again.

I ordered a Schuberth helmet that was advertised as Ready For Delivery 5-7 days! Days after placing the order I get an email stating that it won't be shipped until end of May - a wait of over two months! and to further insult they charged my Credit Card IMMEDIATELY for the full amount (which is contrary I think to their policy that says they only charge when the goods are shipped), I wasn't asked. So the take away her is that you simply CANNOT trust what they say on their website. They don't appear to want to tell their customers that they are "out-of-stock", possibly fearing they'll shop somewhere else and would rather take your money and lock you in. Hopefully I'll get lucky and get my helmet sooner!

So they get to keep the funds and not process the return. Customer service is shocking. I wouldn't use this guys ever again as they are basically untrustworthy. For a German company they are shockingly bad.

Disappointed and Misled - FC-Moto & Dainese, What a Rip-Off! I feel completely cheated by FC-Moto and Dainese. I ordered what I thought was a high-end Italian motorcycle jacket from the prestigious Italian brand Dainese. Imagine my surprise (and anger) when the product arrived, and I discovered it was made in China - with absolutely no warning or clarification during the purchase process. To make matters worse, I was hit with extra fees that nearly doubled the price I thought I was paying. In total, I paid significantly more than what the SAME jacket is listed for on Dainese's own website. No proper explanation, no warning about hidden costs, nothing. Just a nasty surprise after checkout. Dainese may have Italian branding, but make no mistake - you're paying European luxury prices for something that's manufactured in China. This feels dishonest and misleading. FC-Moto also did a poor job informing me of any of this upfront. Between the shady pricing, the lack of transparency, and the obvious cost-cutting on manufacturing, I can't recommend FC-Moto or Dainese after this experience. Never again. read more

They offer a commendable variety of products, catering well to those who have a clear understanding of their needs, with pricing that appears reasonably competitive. However, my experience with their customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. I received wrong and false guidance during a consultation, which led to an incorrect order. Disappointingly, no compensation was provided, neither a refund for my shipping nor a discount on the subsequent correct order. This lack of accountability and support necessitated multiple reorders, resulting in a significant waste of time and effort. Regrettably, the poor customer service overshadowed the otherwise diverse product range as my complaint emails were also ignored. read more

The cosy shop offers so many of the little things you've always looking for so badly when you need…read morea birthday present, but don't know what to buy. Additionally, you can actually sit down here and get a barista coffee and deliciously looking cakes. The products in the store are not usual domestic household stuff. The buying agent of that store has an eye for the exceptional. You find all that you might need for a household: Boxes, sheets, cups... But any of those are very particular and special. Let me give you an example and talk about the cups. They are very simple, white with one word written into it. Everybody knows those way too colourful cups with stupid sentences on them... That's not what you find here. The white cups are made of porcelain and the one word on it is enough to say a lot... You find "princess" and other normal words, but also very particular ones like like #fml or slut and slave. (Just look at the pictures, others did - when I got there, taking pictures inside was forbidden). The blankets are made out of wool and done really well - the ones that mothers pass on to their children and to last at least a lifetime. Well, they should, as everything in this store is quite pricy - but also valuable and seems to be worth the money. If you want to just enjoy to look at the beautiful things, why don't you just grab a barista coffee and sit down on one of the big wooden tables in the middle of the store. I love stores that are a bit inconvenient and combine a coffee shop with the store - and they did it really well. There's even a table at the entrance so you can look at the street. The inconvenience about the combination is the smell of the things in the store. Well it is not bad like the ones in the stores that sell really cheap stuff, thankfully, because if it's that bad I usually don't even enter. No, this store smells nice, just don't expect an overwhelming coffee scent like usual in a 100%-coffee-store. All in all, I wished I had such a store in my neighbourhood. I would never have to worry getting a really nice birthday present ever again.

Since this is one of the larger HEMA stores in Maastricht, you can explore the upstairs area and even find a small cafeteria. Downstairs, there's also a food section with a small bakery. If you think you're going to be a frequent shopper here, I recommend getting a rewards card and keeping up with the email newsletters they send out with weekly deals!

Bereits während des Telefongesprächs wurde ich auf freundliche und fachkundige Weise beraten. Herr Kallscheuer nahm im Salon viel Zeit in Anspruch, um mir alles genau zu erklären. Hier wurde deutlich, dass Expertenwissen vorhanden war. Mir wurde mit einer tollen Perücke geholfen. Die Beschaffenheit und der Farbton begeistern mich.
