Everything was smooth, tho' my CC was initinally blocked until I gave them the OK. I rec'd the tracking info and notices online, and the boots arrived in 2 weeks exactly. The only problem was that my CC# was hijacked and 2 attempts to submit payments for Uploader were fortunately held in Pending. I have since cancelled that CC# and obtained a new one. I don't think this is a fault of Motoin directly, I expect their Secure payment system to protect against fraud, but it happened. If I need moto-something from Europe again, I would certainly visit their site for shopping and consider purchasing from them again.

Which is fine I thought to myself to resolve it via Customer Service, as they charge you for sending the item back. So I sent them an email containing 3 questions. -Can I send it back and get a smaller jacket -If not can I get a refund -Lastly could they provide an accurate size for the jacket that is written on the jacket's tag After 2 days I got an answer for the first question, while ignoring the other 2, so i wrote another email asking about the other 2 question. Had to wait 2 days again just receive an answer for the 2nd question. So I sent them a 3rd email about the size of the Jacket. After FIVE days they sent me a screenshot where I can find the Size chart for the Jacket, even though I told them that there are discrepencies between the size chart and the actual size of the jacket! This has to be one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. So this issue is ongoing as of writing this review, but I highly doubt it will be resolved any time soon if ever.
