To start I have to say that I have never left a negative comment for any purchase that I can ever remember . I ordered a pair of Carhartt overalls. When they arrived it was obvious that they looked nothing like the ones shown on Motoins website. From the waist up everything checked out. But the waist down they were massive! I mean ridiculously huge. Something has to wrong with these particular overalls. I contacted customer support and to my amazement the first sentence they wrote was that they do not pay for return shipping. It wasn't until 5 emails back and forth that they even asked why I wanted to return them. After explaining the issue a second time they again said that they will not provide return shipping even for an exchange. I choose them to support business outside of Amazon. That really came back to haunt me. So I had to pay 1/3 of the cost of the overalls to send them back. Even though it states in the website that exchanges are free of charge. When I asked them about this they said that it is free only for the German market. Which is not stated on the website. Two more interesting things. One is the shipping weight of the item that was sent to me was marked 0,2 kg. But on the return shipping label that I was forced to buy from them on their website says that the shipping weight is 3,0 kg, how is that possible? I paid 30 Euros to return an item that cost me 90 Euros. The other interesting thing is that the link for providing feedback was coming up blocked. I had to delete my website history and cookies in order to come back in and leave this comment. We had an extensive back and fourth conversation leading up to this point so I'm not surprised if they blocked my ability to leave a comment. To sum it up, and one of the last things that I replied to them was to thank them for doing absolutely nothing to resolve this and how they are taking no responsibility for what they are selling. Recently purchased Hi-Vis SBX Boots, and wanted to say that I am very happy with the purchase. I received them very quickly and they fit very well, although probably could have ordered one size up, but they were not available. I figure the leather will stretch out a bit, as with my other boots in short time and will feel much much better. Overall I love the boots, they look fantastic, and match up with my winter riding gear great. They are warm and comfortable. The construction is very good and I would seriously recommend them, and I have. I commute 100 miles each way to work on my bike at least 3 days a week, and the boots are very comfortable on my rides.I have had several people from my BMW club ask about them and I have directed them to the website. As for the flip Flops I received with my purchase, they are pretty good too, I keep them with my overnight kit in the top trunk on the bike, so I have something to wear when I may get held in town where I work. read more

This is the only website I know which offers products less EU VAT for customers purchasing outside of EU. As a trial order I purchased the Dainese Air frame Textile jacket (size 52 in color black / grey) - just to c how reliable it is. For a strange reason the PayPal option just never worked for me on motoin.de. I was apprehensive using my credit card in the first instance. I however went ahead and took my chances since the amount wasn't a huge one. No regrets once done. Ordering process was smooth. Shipment was lightning fast. Product was dispatched the next day of the order placed (to India) and it took precisely 7 days (incl of Saturday, Sunday & customs clearance). Product packaging and condition was good. The product itself is brilliant. Just for the benefit of the audience - 42 inch chest and 36 inch waist with an athletic build and I've purchased size 52. I ordered AGV AX-8 DUAL EVO, GT helmet from motoin.de and it arrived in 10 days to my adress in Switzerland. I wasn't at home at the time of delivery and DHL left me a notice (although I left a note on the mailbox instructing them to leave the package with my neighbour). Anyway, with this notice I was able to arrange online a pickup at the local train station the next day. I had to pay additional 12 CHF which wasn't that bad. Helmet itself is great! At first I thought it was too small (my head measures between 57 and 58 cm and I ordered M size) but after wearing it for some time I think it's perfect and the L size would be too big. I wish that chin strap is sligthly forward as it cuts into my neck a little. But, after reading some other people's reviews, I think it is a design issue and not related to size. I bought a Dainese leather pants Lady in motoin. The best price online and a huge selection. The purchasing online was hassle-free and real quick; no extra fees for PayPal payment (that's really good!) and free shipment!! They had a limited offer of getting a free gift of our choice, but I forgot to add it to my shopping cart. Later I wrote about it and they add it for me before shipping. No problem. Super friendly! I got e-mails about every step of the order process and in two days it was already at my home. Unfortunately, the product was too small for me so I shipped back (for free) and asked for changing it. Again, all the e-mails kept me informed about it. They didn't have in stock the bigger number I wanted but they order it and sent me the new pants as quickly as possible. Fantastic! Sells counterfeit parts (in this case, a microphone for a Bluetooth headset) but Motoin keeps insisting that it's OEM SENA product. BEWARE, it is not!!! Motoin charged an OUTRAGEOUS shipping fee for a 'knockoff aftermarket' piece. I took photos of what the original SENA mic looks like, then photos of what I received. Photos don't lie!!! (I contacted SENA directly after receiving their item and SENA does NOT supply boom microphones in this method, like the one Motoin shipped to me.) Motoin got this mic from a 'FASHION motorcycle group', packaged inside a small zip lock bag. BEWARE of buying from this company!!! They are not to be trusted and will most likely try to respond with more lies. read more

very pleased with the service and the product, used paypal to order on Saturday and received the item on Tuesday (From Germany to Essex). The instruction manual was in German but the English version is easily accessible on the internet (Nolan's official site) and there are good, easy to follow videos on 'you tube' showing exactly how to fit the intercom/radio to the Nolan 104 helmet. I bought this device so I could listen to the radio whilst on my 40min commute and I am very pleased with it. Even paying £7 for the international postage I still got the item a lot cheaper than I could find anywhere else - and a liitle bonus I was also offered a free gift of a small first aid kit! read more

I found the shop online when looking for a cardo scala rider Q3 set. Although I live in the Netherlands it was just a 20 minut drive to the shop. Finding it was a bit of a struggle, it is not a shop like you would expect, it is at the first floor of an office building. But after searching for a few minutes I found the right building. Since they sell mainly over the internet, the shop itself is not very big, so not everything is displayed but they can get everything from the warehouse part of the store. They were nice and helpful when I showed up and took the time to help me. I'm a happy customer and will certainly visit them again. read more

MOTOIN is a top notch onlime retailer!! I jave purchased from them a number of times and will continue to do so. Though Revzilla is a strong contender, this company is my go to source due to product selection and more importantly customer service. Literally every time I have sent an email query I get a response in an hour or less if open and 12 if not. (They are Germain company and usually 5 hoirs ahead of east coast time).
