Was in a "got your money let's get this done quick job" kinda mood. Didn't connect part of unit (return) had to come back and take apart to fix only bc we noticed. Placed larger unit that we did not pick so close to powder room door you can only open door half way to get it, he did not care. If we got the unit that we agreed on it wouldn't be so giant in the space. Thermostat has been wacky since February. He told us needs to be replaced. Texted Anthony every week for over a month no response. We've been ghosted. Horrible experience basically our warranty is void bc we can't even get an answer from them.... Anthony you know who this is...if you'd like I can add screen shot of all the messages we've sent to you. We've been texting since February about our thermostat replacement. Don't reply with we can't verify this. And to call your office. You never answer or reply!! Check your texts or I can add pics to this review. Total BS.

Prior to coming out…read moreto our home the tech called to say there was a $250 minimum charge to come for an estimate because we were not "members". This was an absolute scam. The Yelp representative (Kelly?) had replied to my inquiry regarding the availability of a plumber and said one was available the same day to come out & provide a free estimate . I agreed & Christian Plumbing called & said a technician would come @ 3:30 PM. Around 2:30 PM I received a phone call from the technician (Nick?) saying that there was a service call charge of $250 to come out to provide an estimate. Talk about "bait & switch", this was the worst scam ever.

It's clear the son is learning from the best, and the father has a wealth of experience that is hard to find these days. I recently had a new AO Smith water heater installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This father-son team is the real deal. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they take immense pride in their work. They were punctual, protected my floors, and took the time to explain the features of the AO Smith unit. They were polite, fair on price, and clearly know their stuff. The installation itself is incredibly clean--the piping is level, the solder joints are perfect, and they left the utility room cleaner than they found it. If you want the job done right the first time, hire these men.

Had a horrible experience where and employee turned off my water heater by turning a valve and said…read morethe brand new machine was broken..... Only to pay a few hundred dollars for a technician to come over and undo his work... All they did was to turn a valve and hit a button. The original worker said he was untrained and they will not send him for training. Horrible, and never got back to me after that situation. Responding to the message, you said that i do not agree with the decision - which is true I do not believe I should have paid for the first technicians' incompetence, there was no reason to turn off the valve. Then when you go to the second technician who came in, all he did was to turn the valve and restart the machine. Logically speaking - if the water heater worked - then we ran out of oil - then the first tech came after filling up the oil - how would the valve have been turned? Because I know i did not touch it and that's exactly why i paid extra for that service. And I have seen with my very own two eyes the first tech turns the valve. Those are undeniable the true and accurate facts of this scenario.
