Came for Easter Brunch.......was greeted and sat promptly. Server came over shortly after for a bar order even though entire party wasn't there. Sat for some time and had to get up and ask if we could go to the buffet. No eggs, bacon or homefries( finally brought out eggs). Waffles were cold and hard. Chicken French was broken and overcooked. Prime rib well done, carver struggling to carve it. Dessert table messy and unorganized. Had to ask for coffee for entire table, then came served in a paper cup. Children were never offered drinks which included juice and soda. For the price paid for this brunch and we left additional money for server( I hope it was shared with the bussers who were doing a great job!) this was so not worth it. Suggestion...... if you are unfamiliar with buffets and how to prepare and cook for them stick to ala carte dining. read more

I was a regular back when this spot was Yiannis, but the last two places that came after just didn't hit the same. Tried Fazools recently and this is officially my new go to restaurant. The staff bartenders, servers, cooks are all amazing, and the food is just as good. I'm here about once a week now and literally everything I've tried has been delicious: pasta, steak, salads, sandwiches--you can't go wrong. Tuesday is Prime Rib Night, Wednesday is $12 Pasta Night, and Thursday is $10 Burger/Sandwich Night. My wife and I go on Thursdays; she gets a burger, I get the chicken cutlet sammy, we split them, and both walk away with full meals for just $20 total. Highly recommend. read more

Went there tonight to try their early bird specials. Seated immediately even without reservations. Chicken and minestrone soups were a good start. The pork cacciatore and chicken parm were both excellent with big portions. Took some home. Wine by the glass was very reasonable. Alyssa was an attentive server. I visited Fazools to celebrate my birthday with friends and husband. The restaurant was so nice and tastefully decorated. Crisp colors with subtle decor was very pleasing. Some places there are so many decorations you don't know where to look first and it's over stimulating. I went to dinner with a person who has severe dietary restrictions. The restaurant was as able to accommodate all of her dietary needs. She did speak to the manager and chef ahead of time to secure her food choices. We ordered fried raviolis for our appetizer and the fresh warm bread that was part of the overall meal was delicious. The entrees were a nice size and we all thought our food was delicious. O STARS The worst restaurant food I've ever had. Their sauce is disgustingly sweet, a ton of sugar or whatever sweetener they use, made it unpalatable. It went into the garbage. The Italian bread was dry & stale. The fish fry was dropped twice in the in the fryer. It was all batter & not haddock, probably a cheaper type of cod. The salad iceberg was haphazardly chopped & tasted like the sprinkled sugar on it. The coleslaw was as bad as the other items. The soup was just ok. This place is a diabetics nightmare. If anyone thinks this is what Italian American food should taste like, good luck. I wouldn't eat their food again if I was starving, I'm pretty sure. A totally waste of money. I asked how their sauce was before I ordered. They said people liked it. All show no substance. One star is too generous. I wouldn't eat it if it was free. read more

For Sunday brunch, me and my family booked a reservation. When we arrived, there was extremely limited room to even walk passed the door, everyone was crammed into one space (shoulder to shoulder). We waited 20 minutes to be seated. One woman (presumably the owner or manager) was a mess and extremely distracting, not to mention running around yelling. No tables were ready for anyone to sit down at. When me and my family got to our reserved table, there was liquid surrounding the table and chairs which we had to clean up ourselves. After cleaning up a mess we did not make, we found that the food trays were all practically empty. All desserts were touching and mixed together, and nothing was labeled. (Which was a major health hazard for my child with food allergies). When I tasted the lamb from the meat station, it was cold, fatty, and extremely rubbery with no flavor whatsoever. WILL NEVER COME BACK. Overpriced garbage, would not recommend. (Especially if you have children or allergies). read more

Our family was trying to enjoy dinner on Good Friday, but it was ruined by a man yelling and swearing from what we assume was the kitchen. I lost my appetite. We heard multiple staff whispering that "Al" had screamed at "the new girl". That yelling was uncalled for. It doesn't matter what she did. A party of 8 people went there for the Tuesday Prime Rib special. We reserved a large table were seated immediately. One member of the party ordered Chicken French. All enjoyed their dinner and portion sizes. I ordered the prime rib and my two sides were a salad with crumbly Blue Cheese and a baked potato. For desert, I had a decaf coffee and almond, I think rasberry, cake. Both were very good. Planned on returning next week but with a smaller sized group. The parking was limited and tight meaning the lines between cars make it difficult to exit and enter the car. Overall, great night. read more

We were recommended Pasta Fazools restaurant for a birthday trio celebration. 5 of us ordered chicken French which a fan favorite in our family but we're slightly bothered when we receiving our food an hour and a half after arriving and all of us didn't like the sauce. We thought it was bitter, lacking lemon and greasy. I personally thought the chicken was tough. The waitress was nice about it and said we could order something else. A moment later a man came out with a piece of chicken on a plate and started cutting it in front of us and said 'you think this is tough?? I could cut this with a plastic fork' then proceeded to cut into my aunts cutlet with his fork. I was the one with the tough piece. We told him the sauce was the main complaint and he stormed away after mutilating my aunts chicken. We are not the type to send back food but when all of us didn't like the dish we decided to say something. It was a busy evening and we were a table of 9 but that's no excuse for the treatment we received. The man who came to our table was both the chef & the owner of the restaurant, we've all worked in the service industry before and that was the most disrespectful encounter we've ever had. read more

It was our first time Friday night. We sat at the bar had a couple of drinks and we ordered the ricotta flatbread pizza and it was delicious. The two lady bartenders were excellent and they seemed to have known everyone except for us. We sat next to a older man who ordered dinner and the bartender was so attentive and sweet to him, as he sat by himself and she made sure he was comfortable and that his food and the service were to his liking. That was all I needed to know, we now will be regular customers due to this kind woman who didnt have to go out of her way to make what appeared to be a long time, lonely older customer happy. read more

Went on Tuesday night for my birthday. FOH was great, I give them a nine out of ten. We started with pitina soup it was good, and then we had the salad which was also good (balsamic dressing). I had the prime rib special,this was supposed to be an end cut (server checked with kitchen and they said it was available), I didn't receive it, what I got was about a 9 oz. Cold and old rib with a baked potato ( menu says 2 sides). My wife ordered chicken parmigiana she was not happy with it, sauce was burnt. My BIL ordered the gnocchi and meat ball and sausage, with the same burnt sauce and a burnt (black) sausage. Coming on a Tuesday probably wasn't a good idea because they are closed Sunday and Monday . I feel we received Saturdays left overs. I hope this was just a bad night. Ordered take out. The food was ordered quickly and came quickly 15 minutes. The place was completely full when I got there. I had to just kind of park in the front. There was no place to park, but then I had takeout. The service once I got inside was excellent. They took care of me right away. The food was excellent. Definitely gonna go back again. read more

I went there last night Saturday, Nov 8th, 2025 with my family to celebrate my birthday . There were 12 of us with my daughters, their spouses as well as the 5 grandchildren. Very cold evening and the place was about 1/2 full. Quick sitting but the table was in line with the front door and every time it was opened we got a blast of cold air coming out of the west. Open dining area so very little privacy. We were there for a birthday dinner and a lady in a group right behind us was so loud that it was hard to converse. Quick service with water and a basket of store bought Italian bread. No breadsticks which was mentioned on the menu. We ordered steaks with baked potatoes and salad. The salads came quickly but were not family size which was described on the menu. The steaks and baked potatoes took at least 20 minutes, maybe more. The potatoes were nothing special and the steaks were lukewarm. I asked for medium and the steak near the bone was very rare. We did receive a free cannoli to share for my partners birthday. The waitress was attentive but she can't control the quality of the food. Prices were about average but I would probably not come back. There are better Italian spots in the area. read more
