Excellent meal uncommonly found in the fast food industry. The photo shows the Loaded Chicken Fettuccine that I ordered. EXCELLENT! The place was clean as well. Kudos all around!

Tony and I had a nice sit down lunch in our new surroundings. We don't go to Fazoli very often, probably less than one time per year. Tony chose Iced tea and Pizza Baked Spaghetti Dinner with side salad with ranch, myself I chose the pick two with Lasagna and Ravioli wit meat sauces both included their great garlic breadsticks. We shared the food and there was so much of it. We were stuffed and it was really good. Price wasn't bad, around $15 with taxes. Would definitely go there again....recommend to all!!!

Am I the only one that goes for a dozen breadsticks

Waited in line at area business and couldn't help but smell breadsticks. I waited so long that I had to drive over for some! Not wanting to look to crazy I ordered a kids meal and a dozen breadsticks. It was a little more than I was expecting but the smell got me! Got home and everyone was excited for breadsticks.

We've been to this Fazolie's several times. My son loves it. Me, not a big fan of Fazolie's, but we had a good visit and the food was good. Prompt service when you walk up and order. We both ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo which is 6 bucks...... Drink was 2 bucks so it was less then 20 even when Uncle Sam joined us as we paid......lol The soda machine is the new style (see pics) that literally offers 100's of drink flavors and combinations. We experimented and came up with a pretty good flavor we each liked. Fun Fun!! I think Fazolie's is trying hard at up scaling a bit. They had silverware utensils to eat with, no plastic ware. When our food came to our table Alexis asked if we would like fresh graded cheese. So naturally, we said yes. Alexis said we can have as much as we want so the pasta was pretty good with all the extra graded cheese. Cudos to Alexis!!!! Oh, she brought out several bread sticks for the both of us too. Each time she brought some out they were fresh and hot. I'll just end this review with..... mmmmmmm, fresh, warm bread sticks!!

The service was phenomenal - from the hostess to the bartenders, you could tell everyone took pride in their role and was proud of their food and the experience they provide to their guests. The bread service is warm sourdough bread served with dipping oil that has roasted garlic cloves inside - yum! For dinner, mom had their sea bass special which was excellent. I went all out and got the 16 layer lasagna, which has 4 different types of meats. Soooo good and the size was large enough that I had the leftovers again the next night. Can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu. One of the best Italian spots in Louisville - 5/5!

My party was seated back corner and it was very awkward for the servers to maneuver to refill drinks or bring/take plates away, at one point they had to stand on the window ledge & it just seemed very awkward and uncomfortable having to constantly re-adjust seating just so they can squeeze by. The whole step up area was just crowed. I love the giant mural they have on the wall with details, low lights, & just nicely displayed table setting. I ordered beef carpaccio and was very excited due to seeing how popular this dish is online and it was pretty tasty, kinda like a salad. For my entree I ordered braised short rib and it was like a roast style and very tender, paired with well seasoned collared greens, cheesy grits, and zucchini! Very filling, was stuffed!! My partner & I would love to go back & we definitely enjoyed ourselves!

I ordered the shrimp and grits, and without exaggeration, they were the best I've ever had. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the balance of textures throughout the dish was incredible. Every bite had the perfect amount of crunch, flavor, and toppings. Nothing felt overwhelming or out of place. It was one of those meals where you find yourself slowing down just to enjoy every bite. Even the water deserves a mention. It was clean, crisp, and refreshing. If it came straight from the tap, I would have never known. It's a small detail, but it speaks to the overall dining experience when even something as simple as water stands out. The service was great, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. It's easy to see why this restaurant has built such a strong reputation. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 comes down to accessibility. As a person with a disability, parking can make or break a dining experience. Unfortunately, there was no handicap parking available, and there were no nearby parking spots open when I arrived. I ultimately had to park in a hotel lot about a block away, which cost $25 for just two hours. Not only was the cost frustrating, but the additional distance was challenging given my mobility needs. The food was phenomenal and absolutely worth trying, but I do hope accessibility becomes part of the conversation for future guests. For those without mobility concerns, this may not be an issue, but for disabled patrons, it's something important to consider before visiting.

Tucked away on Frankfort Avenue, it's a little off the beaten path, and parking can be an adventure. There's a small lot by the restaurant with overflow parking further down the hill. Somehow we managed to snag the only open space right outside the front door, which felt like winning a very specific Louisville lottery. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and the place was already buzzing. It was packed with locals, which is usually a good sign. While our table was being bussed, three different employees checked to make sure we were being helped. We let them know we were just a little early and waiting on our table, but it spoke volumes about the attentiveness of the staff. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a neighbourhood pizza spot: relaxed, lively, and unpretentious. The soundtrack quietly floating through the speakers was a crate-digger's delight, full of songs that have been sampled throughout hip-hop history. Hearing Lynn Collins' Think (About It) while waiting for dinner felt particularly apt following the recent passing of Rob Base. The song's iconic break became the foundation of It Takes Two, one of hip-hop's most recognisable records, and it was a nice reminder of how deeply great music connects generations. To start, we ordered the Olives & Togarashi, a bowl of Castelvetrano olives coated in a wonderfully aromatic blend of spices with notes of fennel, sesame and citrus. My son tried his first olive and was genuinely shocked by the flavour. He'll come around eventually. For the main event, we ordered three large pizzas: the DOP Margherita, the Funghi and the Original Sting. The DOP Margherita showcases imported buffalo mozzarella from Campania alongside basil and San Marzano tomatoes. The Funghi is loaded with an incredible blend of mushrooms, taleggio, pecorino cream and mozzarella. The Original Sting combines soppressata, fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato and spicy local honey in a sweet-and-savoury combination that completely works. Now, let's talk about the crust. It is perfect. Pillowy and light, yet substantial enough to give you that satisfying chew. The wood-fired oven creates just the right amount of charred bubbling around the edges. Our server offered house-made ranch and other dipping sauces for the crust, but we politely declined. This pizza doesn't need any enhancers. The balance of flavours across all three pies was exceptional. I've eaten pizza all over the world, and Pizza Lupo belongs in that conversation. It really is that good. We had a plan: sample all three pizzas and leave just enough room to split the tiramisu. Thankfully, we stuck to it. The tiramisu was fresh, light and beautifully balanced. Not overly sweet, nicely moist, with just enough espresso flavour coming through. It was the perfect finish to an outstanding meal. The service was fast without feeling rushed, friendly without feeling scripted, and genuine throughout the evening. We left full, not bloated, and happy as spring lambs, already talking about what we'd order next time. We'll defo be back. Cheers, Sam
