I've always been a fan of reviewing a business for what it is. In this case we're talking about higher end fast food, not a waiter-style restaurant, and not mom's cooking. This being the case, it's an easy four stars. Where else can you get Italian styled food this fast and cheap outside of pizza? We used to have these in AZ, and boy do I miss them! Visited here twice while visiting my sister in GR. The food has always been good, and nothing has changed there. I'm a big fan of the Chicken Parmigano, and the Penne Romano (which is new, I think, since the AZ days). As far as flavor in a fast-food chain, not a lot tops it, maybe Chipotle or In-N-Out? The breadsticks are great, plenty, and buttery (this ain't health food. Get it?... Got it?... Good!" The staff was, good, nice, and kept the breadsticks coming! Would easily maintain my Dukedom if I lived in the area. And please don't be shy, MI folk - don't let them dry up like they did in AZ. :( read more

First of all, I love the atmosphere of this place. It's quiet, it's cleanThe food is fantastic. If I could, I'd go in there every day and just eat breadsticks and salad. I am a drive thru customer at the Jenison Fazoli's and I always order Spaghetti & Meatballs. The service is always good and the food is always hot when I get home. My favorite person at the window is Kari, she's always friendly and quick with the service! I will for sure stop in again :) read more

The staff is nice, however the pizza was just uncooked dough underneath the cheese. When it was brought to their attention they brought new pieces and were very nice about it. The new pieces were fine once we picked off the burnt cheese on the sides. Cheap place, and you get what you pay for. read more

This was one of the worst experience I have ever had Fazoli's I am so disappointed in the service our server had no idea what he was doing he brought out half of our food at a time wouldn't get us cups and forgot half of our order when he eventually did bring them out we sat there and waited for 40 minutes and we were all done eating by the time we had to ask again if the other part of our order was out and everything was brought out cold not worth the $40 I spent on it and the experience was awful. read more

On our visit tonight we connected with three younger gentlemen at some point who were working there....all three of them were super eager to help, very efficient in what they did and very happy to be there. I live in Caledonia and was visiting Jenison for a sports game and we decided to try this place after the game. The food was hot and the portions were great. I will definitely be returning! Ordered dinner through door dash. All of our food was cold and my kids didn't get their dinners!!!!! I called the restaurant and the "manager" was extremely rude and told me that he could refund the money or send me coupons. I asked why he can't just actually send me my kids dinner he said "absolutely not"!!!!! When I wanted to talk to his manager he let me know that that is confidential..... their awesome breadsticks aren't worth the rude employees!!!!!!!!! The staff seemed nice enough, but our wait time was immense. I ordered a salad and I waited about 45 minutes, and everyone I went with had a similar experience. Furthermore, when my food arrived it was incredibly underwhelming. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ceaser salad and got a plate of plain lettuce with a bit of cheese and three small pieces of chicken. No dressing or bacon or anything. I wouldn't have minded a long wait if the food was worth it, but honestly the entire experience was a disappointment. read more

Pizza and wings combo absolutely slaps. Definitely coming back. We got our food quick unlike culver's. Food was better than Culvers. People were nicer than they are at Culver's. In conclusion this is not Culver's it's better. read more

I don't really care for this place. The food I got was "meh" and the sauce was watery. I drive past it often because Meijer is right there, but the parking lot if often empty even when other businesses in the area are packed. I can cook better pasta at home so I don't bother. Worst customer service ever.The "Manager" said they were ate capacity even though they had tables empty with dirty dishes on them. We have eaten at this particular restaurant on and off for over 10 years. This was our first visit in probably a year. It was a little after six on a weeknight. Ordering was quick and painless. We both had our usual - my wife the twice baked lasagna, myself the chicken parmigiano. When we went to get our drinks and things while waiting for our meal we discovered they were out of silverware. Needless to say, this came as a shock and annoyance. The food was hot and came quickly. My wife's portion seemed normal and done right. Mine not so much. I had a smaller than normal piece of chicken and somewhat excessive marinara. While we were eating no one came around offering more breadsticks. I eventually had to go up to the counter and ask for more. This was new unexpected as well. We aren't food snobs and have simple tastes. I have no problem giving a fast food restaurant 5 stars when everything is done right. This night, things certainly were not right. I was disappointed. read more
