They offer several types of u-pick fruits, veggies and sunflowers at different times of the year. They have a fun zone area and food trucks. The only thing I don't see on this farm are animals. I love that they allow the 5K races at least once a year. With those races, you usually get blueberry pancakes and a pint container to pick your own blueberries from at least 6 fields. There were 2 available to pick from when we were there. Plump and sweet blueberries are to be had if you know how to pick them. Don't let the bees scare you off. Leave them alone and you will be fine, unless someone in the next aisle pissed them off. They have peaches, sunflowers and strawberries to pick as well. I noticed the map also shows veggies but not sure when or which kind are available but nice to know. I love the observation deck above the gift shop. Amazing views of the farm and surrounding land with plenty of seating to take it all in while you enjoy a cup of coffee from the gift shop. I hope they can hang on to this land once the developments continue closing in on this rare property.

It all started when we checked in and got our first cup of feed for the day. A short stroll over to their petting zoo led us straight to the donkeys, goats, and some of their youngest Highlands. We strolled around their petting zoo while we wait for our tour to start. After a proper introduction to all of the animals in the petting zoo, we loaded onto a tractor driven by an infant and a farm dog and were taken farther onto the property and there they were! There were at least a dozen Highlands ready for eating! We were given buckets with pellets and the feeding began! Feeding the cows was absolutely hilarious. Loved to see all their wildly different personalities. Some a gentle as a butterfly, some charging at you like a bull after a red flag! We loaded back up on the tractor (yes, the baby was still driving) and headed back to the front where, thankfully, there was a handwashing station. What a fun and funny experience on this close knit family farm!

About an hour and 15minute drive from orlando , this cute family owned and operated farm is fun for a few hours. The country roads are so peaceful and there are plenty of parking spaces. The owners live on the property and are so nice. We got to play with their 2 little ones ( one a new born ) and they are so knowledgeable. There are wash stations and Porta potties on site so it's easy for parents with kids. They don't serve food but do have cold water and lemonade for sale and you can purchase cute little souvenirs as well. They have chickens, goats, alpacas, several Hyland cows and a beautiful horse on property. We stayed for about 2 hours as there is much else to do after feeding the animals and taking photos. They are not open year round so you have to catch them on Instagram when tickets go on sale. I purchased mine back in August !! Go get your Hyland cow on and enjoy the fall weather in plant city, don't forget there are a lot of cool farms and places to eat local as well.

Lex from Bamboo Bakery prepared a wonderful meal for us that was absolutely beautiful and delicious! Edible flowers and herbs from Fallen Oaks own garden decorated the spread, and eggs from their chickens were used in the yummy cake we had for dessert. Shelley is a warm and inviting host and it's always a pleasure to visit Falling Oaks. We'll be back.

I've had a pretty stressful couple of months so my sweet husband worked with Shelley to give me a spa package. It did not disappoint!! We started out relaxing in the aromatherapy garden, surrounded by the beautiful flowers and butterflies. It was incredibly peaceful. For the spa treatment I opted for a facial with a dermaplaning and soothing gel masque. I especially liked that Candy the esthetician explained exactly what she was doing, every step of the way. I had never had the gel mask before, and it was amazing! I could feel the stress melting away. I loved all the products that she used and I was already familiar with the Image brand. Will definitely be back for this sublime experience!

They have playground equipment, a barn areas for a small classroom, and picnic areas for eating. animals are super friendly and well cared for. Staff is very responsible and friendly. Safety is the first concern so proper shoes and behavior are strictly enforced. Heidi would recommend for any birthday party or field trip.

We pretty much got lost going through all the aisles of blueberry plants. We picked and tasted and put them in our bucket provided. It was $6 for a pound. I picked just over 1.25 pounds and that was $7. My friend picked almost 5 pounds which is the whole bucket. In the back of the property is a nice pond view with a gazebo and a swing. If it's hot, there are places to sit, drink water, & catch some shade. There's a bunch of parking when we went. That was during the week. They also sell blueberry honey and blueberry jam for $11 and blueberry plants This is a great seasonal activity for the whole family. So far I've made blueberry lemonade and blueberry scones. Blueberry cobbler is next!

But after walking through, I thought it was nice just feeling like you are in a field of wildflowers just being super carefree. There were a few vendors, and they sold snacks like kettle corn, drinks, etc. They had games like badminton, the bean bags, rubber ducky water races, and swings. They also have a hay ride. There was sun and shade. We brought out umbrellas for added shade through the flower fields. This was a super fun experience! I'll be back in the fall for their corn maze! I can't wait! When you mention Big League, Tommy or "The Farm" plant people know what you are talking about. They always have a great selection and great prices. You can but plants and do it yourself or have Tommy come out and design and plant your garden for you. Always fun just to stop by and look around. I rarely leave empty handed.

Our grandsons loved feeding the chickens and horses. You can even organize a photo shoot with Brandon. They have only been open since July, but they are looking to add events and activities as they grow. Caitin and Nick are friendly and so helpful. I love that we now have this in Apopka.
