Loved loved loved my experience at Sanchez Farms…read more I only recently heard of their festival and I went on the very last day. Their festival is actually called the Festival of Marigolds and it is celebrated along side Dia de Los Muertos. The fields of flowers are breathtaking and there's so many in different heights. You can walk through them and take pics. It's not a u pic though. They do their own picking of flowers and sell them for bouquets. There's entertainment here, animals and tons of yummy Mexican food. We did not get food or buy anything bc the lines were LONG. They opened every day so it would have been better if we could come during the week. Hopefully next year at the end of October through beginning of November this event will happen again. It was very popular and $10 parking and no admission fee so basically the parking was the admission was a good deal. This is also dog friendly which is nice. Def a place to wear close toed shoes too while walking through the fields is much easier bc it's very Sandy.

The fields are for picture opportunities only. They had a table where you could purchase flowers and souvenirs. They did have areas you could sit and eat. But the lines to purchase anything was at least an hour long and to sit was just as long of a line. This was my 1st time ever to visit this place. So we were able to take pictures and wait 30 minutes in line for Boba and fruit cups. It is expected that you respect the flower field when taking pictures. So you enter when ever you want no wait line. Unless you want a popular picture stop.

I love it here!! So so so much…read more Ray and Sarah are super knowledgeable, very hands-on, and just so kind. Depending on the ticket you get, you can hang out with the goats for as long as you want, you can feed cows (including the baby zebu esmee!!) and chickens, you can interact (pet, hug, brush, take pictures with) the cows (certain ones, but its all awesome) and then you go back and hang with the goats more! All of the animals are well taken care of. They all seem happy and calm, they aren't begging for food, they seem to enjoy the human attention and of course they are just so cute. I've told pretty much anyone who will listen about this place. Can't wait to go back!

I went with my work group and I wouldn't have known about it if they hadn't set it up, but this is a very unique experience that I around reccomend to anyone looking to soak in wildlife and the outdoors. I got to experiment in GOAT YOGA!!!!! This is the most fun I've ever had doing yoga ever. The place is owned by a husband and wife (I'm so sorry that I forgot their names) but they were incredibly sweet and took their time walking us through not only all of the yoga poses and things we were going to do, but they also told us about the goats and taught us other things about the animals. They had us feed cows, pet pigs, and most of all- hold and experience the goats first hand. As you can see from my pictures, I had a blast! Please go visit them, they are so friendly and this is something I'll never forget

I've been all about mangos since they are in season right now. I found Long View Family Farm on FB,…read more& messaged them to see if they had mango available today, & they sure did. I stopped by and Thuy was super helpful. She told me about the varieties of mango that she had. I let her know I wanted sweet juicy ones. She picked up a handful of mangos for me. She labeled them and she wrote down which ones I can eat in order of when they would be ready. She let me know mangos should be stored in room temperature until they are ripe. She grows the mango trees here as well as many other tropical fruits. She also sells coffee, drinks, and mango bread and muffins and other fruits that are available. She posts availability on Wednesdays and people can get the best pick then. She also meets people in Land O Lakes for orders which is nice and convenient for me. Glad I was able to check it out. It's a nice spacious barn with seating and there were baskets of mangos that are labeled and flower arrangements and other goodies that she had. Great service and excited for fresh local grown mangos!

Awesome local farm…read more Stopped by for the first time and such a great place. Spacious barn with fresh fruits, locally made products and several drink and dessert choices. Currently sugar apples, soursop, and chimoya are in season so we got some of each to try. Owner was so helpful and friendly. She explained everything, how to tell if ripe, etc. Outside they have trees you can purchase. We bought a mango tree and they did a great job explaining what was needed and helping to package and secure for the ride home. Do not miss out on the drinks and desserts. We got the mango ice cream. Homemade and so delicious. You could really taste the farm mango. Not your commercial ice cream. A great way to end our trip to the farm. They have 40 varieties of mangos and so many other tropical fruits. Cannot wait to go back and try more throughout the year.

It was well worth the extra week wait in opening for this year. It was supposed to open last week,…read morebut got delayed due to floods. I was able to get my ticket for a little under 18 dollars online. The ticket included the maze, hayride, mobile dinosaur exhibit, some activities, and vendor booths. It was an hour away from Orlando, and close to residential areas in St. Cloud. Parking was free and there were attendants assisting us. It was a small walk to the entrance, where our tickets were scanned, then we were inside. There were quite a few vendors selling local products, food, drinks, and also political stuff. While eating food and drinks, there were shaded areas to enjoy them, as well as a live musician playing mostly country hits. The maze was small and seemed to only have one entrance/exit. Throughout the maze were some fun facts about various plants and animals. While I didn't see an exit, I spent some time enjoying the corn fields and views of the people riding the horses. Next to the maze, was the horseback riding. This was an extra 10 dollars for 2 short laps around an oval. I was very happy they allowed adults to ride too, so of course I had to sit on a horse. It was a bit pricey, but still worth it for anyone who need a horse therapy. I also took the complimentary hayride, which gave a 15 minute tour of the barn. There was a live narrator who talked about the barn, activities, animals, and other facts of their ranch. It was a relaxing ride that felt like the PeopleMover at Disney. I did see the small farm and saw animals like horses, donkeys, chickens, and goats. You were allowed to feed them for 50 cents, and the donkey loved the attention from the guests. The mobile dinosaur exhibit was mostly digging for fossils, and everyone was allowed to keep 3 gems/fossils they found. They staff at the exhibit were very friendly in explaining the fossils. There were also some photo ops where you can mount the dinosaur statues nearby. Other activities I saw were gem mining (5 dollars extra and you get to keep the ones you found) , inflatable sports, jumping pillow, barrel rides pulled from a tractor, and corn shooting from a cannon (2 dollars for 3 shots). I did try the corn cannon, and it was pretty loud, but still fun to shoot the corn husks. There was a target where if you hit it, you could win a t-shirt. Overall I spent a little over 2 hours and 27 dollars total for the activites, but still thought it was worth it. The staff and vendors were very friendly and helpful. The attendants were attentive is assisting us with the activities and parking. The food and drink prices were reasonable for the festival. Even though it was an hour drive from Orlando, it was still worth the drive for a little over 2 hours of fun. The prices for the extra cost activities are also reasonable. Even though the area was smaller than I thought it would be, it still had enough activities to enjoy for fall weather and weekend break. I will definitely consider going again next year. Overall: A-

The event was very organized. They guided us on where to park, welcomed us, and explained the events. We were offered homemade lemonade. The farm is well kept and all the animals are thriving. You can tell they are well loved. The baby goats were absolutely adorable. We sat in a circle on hay bales in a fenced in play area. We each got to give a baby goat a bottle and fed them greens. We got plenty of time to feed and pet the goats. Farmer Rick gave us a tour and educated us on the animals and their care. We got to see the adult goats, pigs, chickens, and turkeys. We got to see the goats again before leaving. We had the opportunity to shop their products including eggs and goat soap. This was such a fun event and I loved supporting a local farm. The family who runs this farm, really indeed loves the animals, ALL of the animals, they don't just have goats, they have hogs and chickens and other animals. It's such a little place but filled with so much fun! I went here on a trip and it was great. We were greeted warmly, it's literally in a neighborhood right on land, it's near houses. The price was super cheap and so worth it. They even have a little stand and sell things I bought goat soap. The session itself was so great, we had a yoga instructor and the baby goats were released to us, we fed them and then we had the session as they jumped on us, made us smile and we got cuddles here and there. I was lucky to be able to get a lot of love from the baby goats who were just a few days old. It was the sweetest thing ever. It was a blast and I would do this again for sure! I can't even explain how great of an experience it was. It brought so much joy to me seeing the baby goats.
