DO NOT BOOK CPR CLASS Breathe Again will TAKE YOUR MONEY,…read morepostpone classes and will NOT refund your money even after you call multiple times! DONT TAKE IT THROUGH AMERICAN RED CROSS! Stephanie Kelly, the OWNER should be ashamed for stealing peoples money. I booked a CRP class for Health Care Professional on June 6, 2022. I couldn't access the online portion so I texted her at 9 AM because her email said you could call or text regarding online issues. -I did not receive a text back, when I called her at noon her VOICEMAIL BOX WAS FULL so you couldn't even leave a message. -So after that, I emailed her and let her know her voicemail box was full and that I had texted her and needed help. At 4 pm that day, I get an email from her saying the class was postponed but the dates offered were beyond my expiration date, so they would not work. -I THEN called her AGAIN, was finally able to speak to her. She confirm she saw my text message but didn't reply. SO ON THIS DAY JUNE 8 I ASKED HER FOR A REFUND, gave last 4 of the card used, SHE SAID OKAY she will process the refund. -June 22: Got an email from her saying that I was still signed up for the class, I noted I had NO REFUND yet, so I called her, left MV to call me. NO CALL, no text. Nothing! No refund. -June 30th: I got an email from Stephanie Kelly saying I never responded to her about coming in for a class. But to send the last 4 of my card to get refund. I CALLED AGAIN, gave last 4 of the card used. NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO RETURN EMAIL. NO REFUND. -July 1: CALLED AGAIN. Stephanie Kelly did not pick up my phone call again. Instead, she texted me saying she "didn't know where the miscommunication happened BUT TO SEND THE LAST 4 DIGITS of the CARD and she will refund and send receipt now." Texted her the last 4 # on the card. No response again. -July 12: NO REFUND HAS YET TO BE RETURN. I called American Red Cross today 7/12/22 which was where I found this terrible organization. Currently working with American Red Cross to get a refund since I found this class through them. DONT BOOK A SINGLE CLASS WITH THEM! AND SHE DELETES REVIEWS

I stopped into this sewing machine store looking for something simple: safety pins. Unfortunately,…read morethey didn't carry them, and I was prepared to continue my search elsewhere. Instead, Julie went above and beyond. Rather than sending me on my way empty-handed, she checked her own supplies and generously provided me with the safety pins I needed, even though I wasn't purchasing anything from the store. In a world where customer service often feels transactional, Julie reminded me what genuine kindness looks like. She took the time to help someone who wasn't even a paying customer and did so with a friendly attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. If this is the level of care they show to a walk-in looking for a few safety pins, I can only imagine how well they take care of their actual customers. Julie is a true asset to the store and one of the best retail associates I've encountered in a long time. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition. Thank you again, Julie!

I brought my sewing machine in for service and had one of the most uncomfortable customer service…read moreexperiences I've had in a long time. Instead of simply telling me whether the machine could be repaired, the staff actually laughed at me when they saw how old it was. I understand that not every machine can be serviced, especially older models, but there's a respectful way to communicate that to a customer. Being mocked for bringing in a machine I care about was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If the shop doesn't work on older machines, that's fine--just say so. But laughing at a customer and making them feel embarrassed for asking for help is not acceptable. I left feeling dismissed and won't be returning.
