You can typically get in just fine without making an appointment in the past, but the Red Cross has a great pre-registration option if you sign up ahead of time that will save you money. The staff here is always very friendly, they provide water if you need and plenty of juice and snacks for after you're done with your donation. And, obviously, they take all necessary COVID precautions very seriously. You can donate a normal pint of blood, double red, plasma, or platelets - talk to your phlebotomist about what makes the most sense for you. If you're able, please consider visiting soon to donate as there is a national shortage!

The guest representatives at the front are playful and kind, and absolutely enhanced my boring weekday class with humor and personality. The teacher arrived on time, but after me, and she was spunky which made the class move faster.

I would visit here every now and then. The Cauthen Café is a Starbucks located in the Cauthen Media Center in the heart of campus which serves a full line of Starbucks expresso drinks, pastries, sandwiches and salads. I think this is pretty cool. I've had an opportunity to try them twice. The campus is clean, nice and surrounded by nature. There are two residences that had refused to sell their home/land to the university so they built around them. I believe the coolest part of that is they do not have any other residential neighborhoods LOL! Both houses are literally on the campus. Overall, this is a beautiful campus. I enjoyed my time visiting a few times.

I happened upon their website while searching for nursing jobs in my area, since I was kind of interested in medical. I at first had my doubts, since I read on the better business bureau website, that one student had a ton of complaints. This, in my opinion, was some baseless claims they had made, I literally think, whoever it was, was just lazy or something cuz nothing she said on there made sense from my experience. After my first meeting with the Program Director, I felt more welcomed than any other school I had ever applied to in the past, "and I've been to many haha!" She, The Program Director, Miss Marianne, answered every one of my questions eloquently and after that day I was sold! So for those of you asking what even is this school about?!! It's basically a skilled trade school for echocardiography. You'll learn all the basics plus anatomy of the heart in great detail! So basically If you want a Job that pays well and you don't want to go to a normal college to wait 5+ years to graduate and start making money just to pay back student loans, Then this is the school for you! And its accredited by the state of Indiana!! That being said, this course is not for the faint of heart. If you're just looking to coast by on the thought that this will be an easy A and cushy job, you are dead wrong. It's very challenging but extremely rewarding, and if you pay attention closely you'll have no issues! I've learned so much since I've attended this school and even paid back all my student loans already from my echo job that I have now!! This place is legit guys trust me! And I cannot say enough good things about the Program Director Marianne! She has such passion is this field as well as all of her students she takes on! Im not gonna lie at the beginning on my first day I was so nervous I almost bailed! No Joke! But after I told her how I was feeling she assured me that I could do this, and she was most absolutely right!! I love my Echo Job! My patients I see now give me such life to know I'm there for them helping them. I even had one woman come back crying with happiness and thanking me with a fruit basket for being such a comforting tech for her! It literally made me cry knowing I made a difference for her and many others. God bless you Cardinal-tech for giving me a new life, Im here helping people every day now even through Covid and I've never been happier!
