They were dripping with grease, and seemed like they were sitting out. I have no idea how this place stays in business. There are so many better restaurants. Wow just wow Best Moroccan food I have eaten so far. Juicy Lamb or Chicken Tajine, spicy or not spicy. The service is immaculate the owner goes around and asks people how their experience is, I witnessed a woman's food being changed because she it was spicy for her, the owner noticed that and changed it right away. There was free valet parking, but of course you give them something for their service :) As soon as we got in, we were seated right away and our order was taken within few minutes. We ordered hummus, falafel, lamb chops with rice, chicken shawarma with salad. It came right on time, the portions were pretty big so I couldn't finish my entree. But it was DELICIOUS! The meat was really tender and soft. Recently, an appreciative customer at the bank I work had Fattoush catered for lunch as a 'Thank you.' The food was fantastic! It was a spread of dips, salad, and kabobs with grilled tomatoes and onions. The rice was cooked perfectly and flavorfully without being over-seasoned. We enjoyed chicken, filet, and kufta kabobs. All too were deliciously seasoned and cooked to a very tender doneness. As much as I love filet mignon, the chicken was a huge standout among the staff, including me. I was so blow away by the quality of food that I hired them to cater my birthday party three weeks later. I worked with Ahmad and he steered me through the options, cost, and my special requests efficiently. My 10 guests were all raving (literally) about the food and where did it come from! I don't have pictures, but rest assured, all looked extremely appetizing and fresh. Speaking of fresh, the Fattoush salad was a mix of beautiful, vibrant greens with oil and vinegar herbed dressings that could be bottled and sold separately! Finally, the value! For under $250 I easily fed 10 people (2-3 servings too), sent many home with leftovers, and had leftovers myself. We enjoyed filet, chicken, rice, veggies, hummus, pita, salad, dressings, and falafel. For no muss no fuss catering, this is a no-brainer! Okay, praise out of the way, I do have a few constructive criticisms, though none were enough to deter me from five stars: 1. I was asked to text my address and party time to a number I didn't see associated with the site. I would've preferred talking directly to a person, but all was well. 2. The food came early. I called the morning of and asked if it could be delayed as a couple of guests were going to be late. He hesitated a moment but said he'd do what he could. Rather than coming as scheduled/later, it came about a half hour early. I assume he misunderstood my request and thought he did right by me. Even cooled, the food was still delicious! (: 3. First, the table wasn't clean and floor and bathroom were very very dirt , the toilet sit was broken and I was about to fell . The grilled platters of meat for 10 prepared carefully and brought out in a timely fashion with the appetizers: baba ghanouj, hummus, falafel, pita bread, pickles, and a few other things. They whipped up a dessert tray for us as well - baklava and kunafa. At the end, Arabic coffee rounded out the meal nicely, and our server was generous about us taking all leftovers home. Our Last time going to fattoush! Waited 45 minutes for 4 shawirma sandwiches and fries which were supposed to be $4.99 for each meal The sandwich was slim with barley any meat in it. Good, good. There are very few things that I would wake up early for, but eating breakfast at this place is one of them. I was here with a friend and everything was delicious. We had falafel, hummus, steak and onions, potatos and eggs and a fava bean dish that totally forgot the name. Pickles, green olive and pita bread are complimentary. The fava bean could've use alittle more seasoning but good averall. The hummus was delicious. The falafel were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside along with the tahini sauce make up a good combo. We also had mint tea. I would like to start by saying, I ate here, clearly. However, I ate to the point my stomach was so full my diaphragm couldn't move against it. The fresh, warm pita bread, the meat with the sprinkle of pine nuts, and red salsa-esque sauce they give you, my mouth is watering just thinking of it. This was probably 97% of the full factor that I experienced here. The kebbeh were yummy, and fries were on point. I did not actually touch the meat platter we ordered since I got so full on everything else! It looked wonderful though, and I'm definitely hoping to go back to have some! I took off a star for the slightly inattentive waiter we had, but he was nice and friendly :) I would have given it 4.5, because it really did not affect us that much.
