When I asked how this could happen, the female bartender got extremely defensive and got in my face. After repeatedly asking for a manager, a gentleman finally came up and explained that it was an accident & they had given someone else my credit card. The female bartender repeatedly kept saying " if somebody doesn't get her out of my face" and yelled at me "don't come back". Extremely unprofessional staff, including management. The financial implications this has will last well beyond this night. They accepted no-fault and treated me extremely rudely, especially when their staffs incompetence has cost me greatly.

I don't know how places can miss items in the order. When I worked food service, the orders were checked 3 times before they went out. The cook, food prepper checked that they got everything made. The person putting the order together checked that everything was there. Then the person sending the order out checked that everything was there. At the very least there should be two people sending it. Customers pay enough for the food, they should get what they pay for.
