Afterward, he claimed he had moved to Spain, making it even more difficult to recover my losses. My experience was costly, stressful, and extremely disappointing. I had another leak company come out and repair the crack, told them it was going to be recoated in the spring and got their nod of approval. communicated in Feb. 2026 with Mr. Feliciano and he agreed to come out in the beginning of March and redo that crack and a couple of other minor spots. after quite a few emails and certified letter, I have never heard from him again. so much for a 10 year prorated warranty. which was one of the big selling features as to why I chose him to resurface my pool.

When Barb retired, her company was apparently acquired by Howard's Pool World. Unfortunately, they have a strict policy of servicing a pool only below the water line. When some worrisome black mold appeared on the underside of the coping tiles around our pool's edge, they absolutely refused to remove or treat it. That's when and why we began searching for a new pool maintenance company. Fortunately, we found Hydra Pool Service, a small but growing company. Hydra not only agreed to maintain our entire pool, they sent TWO of their technicians out that SAME DAY to remove the worrisome mold and clean the entire pool!
