"Spicy" edamame. Edamame with Tajin and Seasame oil.
    Katie S.

I won't be returning here, but hopefully this feedback helps. When we visited, seven tables were seated: two had finished and were waiting to pay for too long, the rest (including ours) were waiting with no food. That's right, a restaurant where no tables had food on them. After 20 minutes, two tables got appetizers and it was another 20 before any other tables got anything. We ordered edamame, but it was mushy and inedible. It seems they keep it sitting in a large vat instead of flash-cooking it fresh, which really showed. Most of the kitchen's focus seemed to be on takeout orders while dine-in guests were left waiting. It's possible they were short-staffed (from other reviews this might just be how they staff), but if that's the case, they should either limit or temporarily shut off online orders, or at least let customers know upfront that food will be delayed. As it stands, table service felt like an afterthought. If they want to keep dine-in, they'll need to balance it better with takeout or just commit fully to being a ghost kitchen. We ended up walking out after 45 minutes and just being served the mushy edamame. They were nice/gracious and didn't charge.

    Tots with pork belly

The tots with pork belly was interesting, but very salty. The bowl with chicken + edamame, pickled carrots & daikon, avocado, cucumbers, and spicy mayo + ponzu sauce was good and refreshing. The service was nice & friendly.

We picked up take out after ordering online and I paid an extra $3.00 for pork Belly and when we got home I realized we didn't get pork belly. Super disappointed cause it was on my receipt and everything. Just make sure you review your order before walking out. And I tried calling them a few times and they didn't pick up. Super annoying

My wife and I tried this spot for the first time, and left very happy. We were greeted enthusiastically and seated right away. Water came instantly, and the carafe was refilled quickly. Staff were both friendly and professional. The menu is quite limited, but we found something to our liking. We both had the curry Ramen, which is one of the few without pork products, and we shared the tots. They were both fantastic, beautifully prepared and presented and absolutely delicious. The ambience is minimalist, new, and very clean. The prices are nice round numbers, and you can pay with Mobile Toast from your phone. We'll definitely be back.

A very familiar feel and flavor nested under a new brand in the village. The hosts are gracious and attentive, which pairs well with their fast service. The Red Miso ramen is one of my favs in this category. A great new option for friends and family causul dining.

Service was really good. Loved the tatertots. The ramen was mid though. Me personally the chasu was more like a ham rather than traditional chsshu and the broth was more on the saltier side. Great ambiance though and cute decorations.

    Sesame noodles

I don't know why the reviews are so low because Fat Kitty was delicious. We had sesame noodles, cucumber avocado salad, and veggie potstickers. Everything was great! We'll be back!

The Ramen is very good. It's expensive so I won't eat there as much as I might. At 17 bucks per bowl, at least it's good.

I searched it up, and came back later, so glad I did. I got the deluxe Ryoma ramen with shoyu broth and a hot green tea. The broth alone was incredibly delicious. While a few things stood out, the meal as a whole didn't quite hit the high marks I was hoping for. Here is how it broke down: The Starters (The Highlight): Karaage (Fried Chicken): This was easily the best part of the meal. The pieces were large, juicy, and had a great, ultra-crispy crunch on the outside. Takoyaki: Decent texture and well-presented on a long plate with plenty of bonito flakes, making it a solid appetizer to share. The Mains (A Bit Average): Spicy Ramen: The noodles had a good chew, but the broth lacked the deep, rich complexity you expect from a really stellar ramen. Even with the spicy paste mixed in, the flavor profile felt a bit flat. Chashu Don (Rice Bowl): While it was a generous portion packed with chopped chashu and minced meat, it ended up tasting a bit monotone after a few bites and could have used more balance or a punchier sauce. Overall, it's a fine spot if you want a quick, filling meal, but the flavors didn't quite wow me enough to make it a standout. Solid, but nothing mind-blowing.

We shared the cream cheese wontons, coconut curry with chicken spice level 2(which comes with rice), and the luc lac. Everything was deliciousss! The chicken in the curry broke apart so easily and the curry itself was very flavorful. Spice level 2 was perfect for a little kick, but not too much. The meat on the luc lac has a nice char on it and a sauce that is almost sweet. Service is quick and the vibe inside is very trendy with colorful decor and lights. Great for a night out. Previous visits have sometimes left us confused as if we ordered something different than a usual so i would say it is not too consistent but great if you catch it on a good day.

They took our drinks order and handed the drinks while we were in the line. Once we got to the register, we put in our food order and paid. The restaurant was semi self served. We got to our table few minutes after ordering. Guests also had the option to order to go and dine in the tent tables outside. The interior of the place was so stunning. There were dragon on walls, umbrellas in the ceiling, a huge full service bar. Our dishes came out within few minutes. We got the chicken skewers, chicken pho, chicken luc lac and steak rolls. We liked the small plate dishes, but the entree ones were disappointing. The chickens were chunky and dry, bland flavor. As much as we loved the vibe of the place, we didn't enjoy the food as much. The staff members were very joyful and friendly. They were explaining the process to every guest and keeping everyone informed on waiting time. During dining, they were also available to help.

Nothing in terms of more complex eg. wheat-y or grain-y notes. The chasu was a bit on the lean and dry side, although the fatty part melted in your mouth, which was good. I hate when it's chewy. I liked the curry and rice a lot. The pork had a nice texture that was fun to chew. It had some bite to it. It also felt meaty and satisfying. The rice was cooked well too. But unfortunately the bowl was super small. It's a $4 add-on to the curry that you can finish in like 3-5 spoonfulls. Maybe that's not terrible as an add-on; I dunno.
