I frequently order the quiche, so good. If they warmed it up in an air fryer that would even make it better, in my opinion. The crust is so good. Service is so lovely no matter if I'm in Florence or Canon city. I would say the ambiance is cozier in Florence. We love the coffee so much we get their espresso beans to use at home. I had the Mexican Mocha, iced the first time, and hot the second and both were equally delicious. I also had the smothered breakfast burrito, while my wife had the bagel sandwich. Everything was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. The outdoor area is HUGE with tables spread throughout a beautiful growing area. There are also cornhole and horseshoes, making it a great place to relax and hang out. Heard on certain days there is live music. They also have a stand selling green chiles that they roast right on site. We ended up purchasing a half bushel, and the price was cheaper than anywhere else we found in Pueblo!
