I purchased a happy meal toy for my son as they're doing Hello Kitty and there's a figure he wanted. The server helps me place my order to get that. They had a steady stream of customers. The most horrible restaurant I've ever been to in my life refuse to give me my food after showed receipt to them. told me that there was nothing they could do and if anything I had to repay for food I already bought. then refused to help and told us to leave. that my order deleted itself. such bad attitudes I've never been treated with more disrespect at a facility in my life. Okay so the food was absolutely amazing like 10/10, fries were hot, nuggets were delectable, and coke was phenomenal. It's not bad for a McDonalds. They have too much commotion going on in the lobby, and at the final 2nd drive thru sometimes. It is a solid 24-hour option in Cañon City sometimes, the prices for everything other than breakfast are a bit high. I don't find the value for a $5-7 sandwich to be worth it at McDonald's anymore. read more

I placed an order for breakfast on my mobile app at 10:20 am on Saturday October 7th. My husband went to pick up the order that had been paid for and was sent away saying that they didn't have breakfast items anymore. I refused to pull out of the line (I didn't go to sit down restaurant, I went to a drive-thru) and the manager, some shrew of a woman, rudely "demanded" that I do so like I was one her peons. Drove through the drive thru. The surface was very smooth and horizontal. I felt no real bumps or unevenness. And I never once felt like my life was endangered. Also the coffee tasted like coffee. 5 stars. read more

This is a McDonald's. I state this because for some reason, people apparently expect it to be a classy joint that has amazing products and super-awesome service. They pay minimum wage, and expect people to work with grease and grouchy customers all day long. You aren't going to find awesome, stellar, unicorns and rainbows things going on up in the joint. Anyway, I don't mind this McDonald's. It's generally not too crowded, kept pretty clean, and there's quite a bit of sitting space. I generally hang out and steal the free WiFi, because it makes doing online homework a lot easier. The food is actually better than many other McDonald's restaurants, at least in terms of reliable quality, and the service is decent, small-town friendly type. The drive-thru times can vary, though, I have to say that. Sometimes when I've been through there, it takes up to 15 minutes to get food, and other times it takes less than five, even with the same number of cars in line. Overall, this isn't really a McDonald's to complain about. They've got pretty friendly staff, better quality food, and a decent PlayPlace for the kiddos. Don't complain. Trust me, it could always be worse. read more

I mean, it's McDonalds. I visit here about 5-10 times a year, if that. Employees are always happy to help you and make sure you got everything you need or at least fix your order when they are wrong. Horrible! Ordered at 1008 via the app, Waited 12 minutes without food, then called inside the restaurant. Whoever answered kept calling me hun and love, then told me that she had just received the order 15 seconds ago. The drink stamp was 10:07!!!! The entire 2 lanes of drive thru was backed up to the road when we arrived. It is now 1026 and we still dont have our order. The drive thru is empty.............. Waiting still, it is 1030. We have seen at least 6 vehicles go through the drive thru now without a wait. At the door waiting for our food, the manager refuses to come speak to me....... It is now 1034, just got food. Considering they are a fast food franchise, the food is pretty typical of most fast food joints. There service is surprisingly fast considering their double drive-thru. The orders I make are usually correct, also surprising for a fast food joint. The service is usually friendly and they're the only restaurant in town that is super family friendly with a kid's play place. All-in-all, I have no complaints. This is my daughter's go to place for the food and the play place. read more

Not a very good McDonald's. They tend to screw up your order and they still haven't figured out how to make sweet tea sweet.

I only go here for iced coffee when I am here on frequent visits to my mom's. This restaurant consistently makes iced coffee incorrectly and it is almost never good. It's watery and usually has too much cream which makes it taste like vanilla milk. I've tried having them remake it, doing the feedback survey on the receipt and have gone right to the website and giving feedback there. I've tried ordering it with light vanilla, or light cream and it never works. I've given up going there, which is too bad because the staff is friendly. read more

We live in Canon City and have been to this McDonald's myriads of times. Other than the occasional old tasting burger or fries (having been sitting there a while) overall we have been pretty happy with this place. BUT...went there a few days ago with our survey code since we do the surveys (everybody likes a break, right?) The survey states, on the back of the receipt, that you buy one and get one of equal or greater value free. Previous to a few days ago, when we bought one burger, we got the 2nd one free (we always ordered 2 of the same item.) This time, we ordered 2 mushroom Swiss burgers, one order of medium fries, and one (plain, no bun) burger to give our dog. The person at the register in the drive through window took off the $1.00 for the dog's burger. When I questioned this (twice) I was told that they have to take off the lowest priced item. When I pointed out - twice - that an item of equal or greater value would obviously be the 2 burgers (remember, EQUAL or greater value) I was told "this is the way we have to do it." Rip off!! What is the point of taking the time to do their survey if they aren't going to honor what their own receipt back says?!?!? Please...send me to their nearest competitor in town; this policy reeks of dishonest practices and no consideration for the consumer!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, folks!! read more

so i went in on aug 2nd and ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget the oil they cooked it in was old so they were crap anyway but to top it off there was a long black hair in the breading on one so i gave them back and they refunded my money then the next morning on the 3rd i went through the drive-thru and ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit got through half of it when i felt the hair in my mouth it was a really long black hair i almost got in a wreck trying to get stopped as i was throwing up this has ruined one of my favorite breakfast and i probably will never eat here again what happened to hair nets i mean really this is just unacceptable i dont know what the managers here are up to but its not running a restaurant read more
