Service is not bad, but that's where the good stops there. Food is small & greasy & overpriced. Burger isn't bad, but Wendy's is too greasy to be that expensive. read more

Absolute garbage EVERYTHING!! Ordered online an order of $50 and we received half of order all of it was cold and food looks like it went through the movie twister one jr cheeseburger was supposed to be a jr bacon didn't have a party and flecks of bacon on their. Regardless tried to contact store to rectify issue management was combative and stated we were never there so she doesn't have to do anything. This is a constant issue at this location and would not recommend to literally anything, the lack of responsibility is unparalleled just pure gaslighting. Seriously don't go here go ANYWHERE else! read more

-5 stars. I placed my order and the blonde kid tending the drive-thru is a liar. I get to the window and informs me they are out of nuggets and asks that I move to a parking spot. He could never work at Mc Donald's in Cañon because they are above satisfactory when it comes to the temp and accuracy of food orders. The management should remind him not to lie to customers. They were out of nuggets and I received them and they were cold. I hope they don't turn into Taco Bell across the street. read more

Awful. Food was barely warm, English muffin was hard to bite through at the edges, potato wedges were rock hard, service was slow with only one customer ahead of me. The manager was 'so sorry' me too, sorry I went and wasted my money. read more

They have fast service and the lobby is cleaner than most. There soda machines have a good variety and are maintained. Food is typical fast food. read more

I just got Wendy's big bacon deluxe combo. I asked for crisp bacon and crisp fries and when I got them they were limp and cold. The lady at the drive through was rude and she didn't give me a receipt. After paying over $27 I should have at least gotten a receipt. And good food. Won't go back to this Wendy's!!!!!!! read more

There were 5 women wearing headsets today. The manager does not want much business so she and the others are rude to customers. When going through the drive through, they ask the customer to repeat themselves at least 6 times. The owner of this company is probably rich and does not care they are losing money. read more

I personally had no issues with our order. But my buddy who ordered chili didn't get any spoon to go with it see beautiful attached pictures. Multiple maneuvers were attempted including the sippy cup, using a 99¢ chicken nugget container, and finally the successful bending of the salad top to successfully deliver chili to the oral cavity. Issues with the sippy cup was that it really was too hot to drink by itself. The decision was made to attempt making a spoon. Next we tried the chicken nugget container. The benefits: able to blow on the chili so it doesn't burn the mouth. Issues: it got soggy and broke too early! Finally we had success with the mini salad container. It had no issues other that it was difficult to make, and it was a bit too large for comfortable chili delivery. It was a thrilling spectacle, and thus +1 star. My suggestion for the future though is to include utensils. In the interest in time, I'll just mention that it also was very entertaining to watch him eat salad with his fingers and take little sips of Caesar dressing. Thank you Wendy's! read more

See all

I got re-fryed French fries at 10 30 am meaning from the night before. And at almost $8 I feel taken advantage of. Never Wendy's again

Found a mouse turd in my sprite. I ordered through the drive thru and when I put my straw in I noticed it tasted awful. As if not enough syrup or sugar, but something was off. So I got back to my hotel and poured it down the sink and there it was. A little turn that went down the drain with the ice. Don't ever visit this Wendy's. Even if you are starving!!!!! read more

Went in to get food before an event at my high school. Went with my partners mom and younger brother to get food. I ordered a baconatoir with only bacon and lettuce. I received cheese on it. I had to request five times for it to be fixed till the manger fixed it. The service was nice it even said on the receipt only bacon and lettuce. It was a nice ambiance but not five stars worth. read more

One star is a little bit high. Apparently they changed their meat supplier. So my suggestion is do not buy anything with any meat in it. called the manager she didn't really seem to care. I will not be going back to Wendy's. read more

This is by far the worst place in canon for customer service. They are super rude and hateful. They try to tell you what you ordered instead of listening to the customer . My daughter and I went through the drive-through I asked for a 15 piece spicy buffalo nugget not knowing that they only had 10 piece and 20 piece so I told the lady then just give me a 20 piece please. my daughter was sitting right there as my witness ,so I got all the way home 25 minutes away, and found that they only gave me a 10 piece. I called in good faith to try to talk to somebody and let them know that this was incorrect to see if they can help me make it right. The lady I spoke with was super rude and insisted that everybody inside heard me say 10 piece , even though I said 20 my daughter knows I said 20. She proceeded to do nothing but argue with me instead of just listening to me. it's not even that I got less nuggets than I wanted. It's the fact that, she wouldn't listen to me. they are so completely rude even at the drive-through window. I'm telling you stay away from this place go somewhere else! I would've gave it no stars if I could've! read more

Were taking vacation for a week where from Los Angeles CA. I would like you to know that this is the WORST customer service I ever experienced!!! Like for me it's 00000 star!!! The old lady with short hair and eye glass taking my orders in drive thru is so rude and raise her voice taking my order like what the hell,, some of her co employees are nodding to us like she didn't even know whats happening to her! I just wanna tell her if you don't like your job just go resign! You don't deserve to have a job like that! Aside from that after we got our orders and go , we actually notice that our orders are wrong and missing so we go back. WHAT A HUSSLE WE GOT WHEN WE WENT TO THIS PLACE! this place is located at Canon city Colorado in front of taco bell read more

Went to grab something to eat with the family the woman in the drive threw was very rude.. asked for for 4for4 4$ and she said something that I couldn't hear so I asked "sorry what did you say" she yelled "I SAID WHAT KIND" asked to speak to a manager and she said" NO" then I asked for her name and she said "you don't need to know my name and you can get out my drive through " called the restaurant and the manger said she heard everything and she wasn't being rude at all that I was lying... then she said fuck off and hung up.. will never go back again read more

Worst chicken sandwiches ever! The grilled chicken was rubbery, like chewing on plastic and the fried chicken sandwich had an air hole the size of the patty. Fries were burned, won't be going back for a long while. read more

Jodie was awesome I ordered a bunch of food and she got my order 100% correct! I eat Wendy's all the time, this is by far the most satisfactory experience I have had! In most cases when I order a lot of food some of it's cold. Everything was warm and delicious . 10/10 would recommend! read more

This is a new restaurant in town and by the time we stop here this place is packed. But t he service is good and fast. When I Google for restaurants in here this didn't even show up as fast food restaurant. Small parking lot in the main streach of the town and it is kinda tedious to go in and out specially when u turn left. Clean inside and clean restrooms. read more

Wendy's - New place clean and good. - Fast Food Near Me - Canon City, Colorado

Went thru drive thru. Had to pay for seperate orders because they rang them up seperately. This place is a hot mess!! Got home which is only down the street..fries cold in the center and floppy. Hamburgers were super old the cheese was crusted hard at the edge. Between the sandwiches that had bacon we had one piece of bacon total. ( manager said after I called they ran out and had to crumble a peice of bacon between the sandwiches) ...why not just say you dont have bacon??!! My husbands grilled chicken was raw and my brothers grilled chicken was the size of a nugget. When I called the manager she knew the order already. Offered to give me free food...I don't want your food I want my money. We had to order pizza because the food was so terrible!! Calling corporate tomorrow!!! Ew! read more

I have had good sandwiches here. However, I usually stop to get a chocolate Frosty once a week. It seems to me that they are "watered down" in the summer, very soft and not the thick tasty Frosty I'm used to. Today, I ordered a Frosty and ice water. They tried to charge me $2.59 for ice water. I ask them to remove it and remove me as a customer! read more

Workers are rude. Paid for extra chicken get to the window and the lady was like it's a 9 minute wait so you want to wait and she all huffy puffy because I said yes and she's like well pull around so cars can at least get around you. We've been sitting out here for almost 15 minutes and my food still isn't out here. It's called customer service. It's not that hard to unfold something I have paid for. Straight dog shit. read more

would give it less than zero stars if i could , there were many flies in this location which is understandable but the eating area was pretty disgusting, then we saw the dead cockroach and couldn't fathom to give this place business , awful ! read more

They are out right rude! The managers are terrible and need to be put in their place. They are disrespectful to not only their employees but the customers also. I have Gone in there and they have not impressed me once. They need new managers! I thought it was only one that was rude but the more I have gone in the more I notice the others doing the same. They need a course on how to treat people. I will not be going in there anymore neither would I recommend coming to this Wendy's! read more

Went here with my wife for dinner. Walked in and the bathroom door was open, it smelled like sh*t. Like actual diarreah. People were eating around here and all I could think was, "what's wrong with you people? Do you not smell this horrid poop? How are you eating?" I lost my appetite and will never return. Worst Wendy's ever. Place smells like sh*t. -Mark read more

Waited in line for eight minutes to order and finally get to the counter and the clerk leaves to deliver orders at counter. Waited six more minutes for clerk to return and finally left after two people that had received their orders came back to request a correction on their orders. Plenty of staff on duty, but not many actually working. I don't normally criticize a food establishment, but this one is so bad no one should ever stop there and the owner should not have the franchise. Manager could not even open another register for another employee. Incompetence to an art form! Save your money and your time. read more

One of the worse windy' we have ever eaten at. Chili was cold. Fries were cold. Chocolate frosty machine broken. Never again

The fat and rude manager has obviously never made a salad. The salad came without dressing and the lettuce was disgusting. After going back to Wendys, the manager was extremely rude. She treated us like we were there to take advantage of her. She refused to refund our money (the person the salad was for had to be back at work already) and made a big deal about having to see the salad for herself. Finally and with great resistance, she gave us another salad despite not needing it any more, which also had disgusting lettuce and was inedible. Will never return to this Wendys as long as the fat manager is still there....p.s. - the other employees seemed cool. read more

Recently stopped there on a busy Sunday afternoon. There was a long line and the workers seemed frazzled. One worker (older lady) in particular was getting very irate with customers and yelling at them. I felt sorry for the workers with it being so busy, until this particular worker started snapping and yelling at people. Overheard her yell at one teenage boy (who seemed shy and was being very polite, and was simply inquiring about his missing fries), "What size did you fricken order?!?" read more

Bad for vegetarians. If you order a salad and ask for no meat, it has meat anyway. Lost my business.

The burgers we got were so old and wrong i asked lt mayo lt mustard lt onion and got extra mayo no onion and no mustard?!?! my fries were like eating frozen potatoes wtf?!?! the lobby was like Antarctica! when i went too take are food back i stood there for five minutes and not one crew member acknowledged me so i had to start yelling for help and still didn't get help so i yelled louder and finally a CREW. member came ( NOT THE MANAGER) and he finally have us a refund! I went across the street taco bell and it was so much better! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS CAUSE YOU SUCK! Thanks for nothing read more

After eating I went to the bathroom and watched as an employee come in and take a dump then walk right out without washing his hands. 3 problems encountered in a simple order! Both staff members seemed uncaring. Did not receive one drink; had to wait in line and ask for it. Fries were cold as ice, because staff member put them out on a tray immediately after we ordered. They sat forever cooling off while we waited for the rest of the order to be prepared, which was an eternity. Then they said that the fish sandwich was wasn't ready yet and that they would bring it out. They never did. My wife was done with her food before I received mine. I went up and told them that I wanted my money back and would not wait any longer. They gave me my money back, but not the tax!! Both of the staff members behind the counter could have cared less and didn't even apologize. We left and went next door to Sonic where I received prompt, friendly and accurate service. We will never go to Wendy's again. We spent an hour at this place and I never even received my food!! We went to Wendy's vs. a sit down restaurant because we were in a hurry. A sit down restaurant would have been faster than this place. read more

I was in this Wendy's on March 28th, 2018. The clerk who waited on me was less than friendly. The hamburger bun fell apart. The french fries were not fresh. The soda machines didn't work properly, one didn't have ice and hasn't the last couple of times I've been there. Also, I tried one machine and the diet coke had no flavor. I told the same clerk about it and she said then try the other machine! The other machine had the same problem. I thought she might get upset if I said anything! This was NOT an enjoyable experience!! Thanks, Loy Bellis read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible service, don't try to please customers at all, overall terrible experience. I thought they would be better after remodel, maybe hire new people, but obviously not. They're still the worst place to go for food in Cañon. read more

OMG!!! Do not eat there. I moved to Canon City a few months ago and have gone there a few times because I like Wendy's food. First time saw an older woman use a dishrag to clean an area of the kitchen then start scooping up fries without washing hands or using gloves - nasty...! Next time went in for a frosty and saw prep people not using gloves and the one that did went out the kitchen access door and out the entry doors to talk to friends outside, then came in and went back in the kitchen and started making food - never changing gloves or washing hands..... This last time was it for me. Took my son in on a gamble to Wendy's because he also likes the food . While waiting for a manager to clear up a register issue with the previous customer I watched one manager come up from the back and touch the cashier screen to no effect so another manager, an older lady with red hair, walked up from the food prep line with no gloves on and entered her code on the screen a few times, wiped her hands on her pants, and went back to making somebody's salad without even blinking an eye. About that time the cashier asked me for my order... I told her what I saw and how gross that was and we left. I will not go back. That cashier screen is probably the biggest source of contamination in that store and absolutely no thought went into the safety or health of the people they are serving. read more
