The app is great, order from the parking lot and go in and get your drink cups and your order will be ready a couple minutes later. The freebies off the app are outstanding. We eat it there while it's hot and fresh. Great value, good food and don't look at the floor because it's always a mess. read more

Worst Taco Bell drive-thru experience ever. There's no good reason why it should take 20mins to get through the drive-thru. On top of that, they charged me for an extra thing that I never ordered (at least they gave it to me? I should've checked more thoroughly though so partially on me). Only reason I'm not giving a 1-star is that the food was surprisingly good quality for it being Taco Bell (not soggy, chicken was actually really crispy, everything was wrapped nicely). read more

One of the more mediocre Taco Bell location's I've ever been to. Food prices don't reflect quality control. Often times, this location is out of stuff. read more

Food here is actually pretty good for a taco bell. I was shocked by the freshness haha. The drive thru service is pretty terrible though they're just so rude and it was because their speaker or something is broken so they can't hear the orders well. But the lady was immediately irritated and yelled she can't hear like omg relax. I'd recommend going inside so you don't really have to interact with them. Again it's a taco bell so not like i was going for snap back at her. Ambiance? It's a taco bell lol read more

Thurs, 16 Jan 25 about 4:30pm... I asked for 3 taco supremes with beans rather than meat. Guy taking order asked us to repeat two or three times. I was charged for tacos supreme but got cold tortillas with lettuce... no beans or sour cream. My suspicion is he was high. Otherwise, I must question his IQ. Lousy product and poor service .. read more

i had a disagreement about being overcharged on some items. I returned the next morning. The manager named Frank took the time to listen and understand my complaint, work for several minutes, an came up with a solution that made everyone happy. He was very professional and exhibited excellent customer service methods. Thank you for saving my family some money, Frank! read more

I'll give you a tip. If you sell something that's called nacho chips and cheese, make sure there is the cheese part in the order. Seriously it's a small cup to start with. Even if you filled it half full it would be better. Literally, we got two orders and both looked the same. Just barely covered the bottom of the tiny cup. Ran out of cheese on about the fourth chip. And slop a little more meat on the taco. read more

They had some staffing challenges when I got here, I ordered and waited 40-45 minutes to finally get my food (staff showed up). When I saw people who had ordered after me getting their food I asked. At first there was no order, then they found it. What irritated me the most is the drive through seemed to fly as if there was no delay. I'm guessing the drive-through times are recorded while those of us in the lobby are not. Lobby pretty dirty and no hot sauce stocked in the lobby but Diablo. Bad night for Taco Bell. read more

Slow didn't even begin to describe the service here. The staff was friendly but they moved at a pace that rivaled the DMV sloths in the movie Zootopia. As we sat in an empty dining room (pictured) twenty minutes ticked by for 2 combos. The cashier took out name but didn't bother to call us when they sat out food in a to go bag despite us saying we were dining in so another guy picked it up and brought it to us. As we sat there, we watched the dining room slowly fill up with people all waiting extended periods of time. Our order was *mostly* right and it was tasty once we finally got it but yeah... I don't see myself picking this Taco Bell again. It was a good thing we had an hour to kill and wasn't in a hurry. Not exactly fast food lol read more

The food was good, like always! The service was horrible. Did a mobile order and they took forever to give me my food, they also ignored me when I needed my cup to drink. They were about 6 feet away from me and they proceeded to ignore not only me but other customers. I understand this TACO BELL is understaffed but customer service was not good. The environment and place is pretty clean for the most part. They need better management, asap! read more

Been sat here in line. 4 cars were in front of me when I started. It's been 38 minutes. This isn't the first time. Thank god I brought a book. As usual, batting a .0001. . . . . . be advised, they are not participating in the campain with the ol'e skool tostadas, green burrito's and three other items, also, service still is slow, same conditions, and as the Talking Heads would say, "Same as it ever was" (Food is still so-so and iffy) read more

me and my boyfriend ordered online, the employee we spoke to was super nice however when we received our food my boyfriends entire portion of the order was messed up and they left out a whole burrito and replaced it with an empty chalupa shell with some sour cream in it. We didn't realize what happened until we got home to eat the food. I'm disappointed and disgusted, do better. read more

Ordered food for pick up. They don't try to make it look like anything in the app. Very disappointed with amount of filling in the chalupa. The nacho fries were not at all crisp were very limp. read more

I have lived in Canon City for about 8 years now, and this Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever been to. The food is okay at best. My boyfriend and I went by earlier today and received chalupas that were stale, and they had almost nothing in them. The restaurant itself is disgusting. Spilled soda all over the floor, old food and crumbs all over the place. There was literally not one thing I looked at that didn't look like it hasn't been washed in a year. On top of that, we waited a good 20 minutes for an order for 2 people when there was no other customers at the restaurant. Someone really needs to do something about this place. read more

The floor was disgusting. Food everywhere. Bathroom looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. Every stash bin was full. And the Managee was stirring in the dining area with a laptop. Pick up a rag woman! Also they were out of a couple of the sodas too. read more

This taco bell SUCKS! While my friends were happily sitting across the street at Wendy's, my buddies and I were being tormented at taco bell. We just want a bit to eat after a gurgling track meet but instead received a 20 minute expedition and a very angry manager. let me break it down for you: we walk up to the taco bell and notice the in dining experience isn't being offered, we then decide to stand in the drive though line because we were so famished. Then, we are told to order online. Easy right? WRONG! we then preceded to get yelled at in a very demeaning manner and stood out side in extreme weather for nearly 20 minutes. we finally receive our food and finally head back to the bus, but then... we realized we were not given straws. parched, we look to the Wendy's, which i would compare to a cold bottom water in the middle of a desert or a ray of sunshine in the dark. Not to mention one of our friends almost tragically getting hit on the way back from the establishment. We finally arrived at our bus and open up our bags eager to eat our cinnamon twist, but the were no were to be found. very disappointed. on a more positive note: an old comrade worked at the establishment... he was our saving grace. julian brought us our food with a smile on his face and we applauded the man for his efforts in such an extreme situation. julian we are praying for you. we will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon. xoxo the track kids so sussy read more

Seems like a good one. Quick drive thru, really good service (I was actually thanked for visiting), and fresh food. Tacos were full and not skimpy. Overall a positive experience because of the drive thru attendant and food quality. read more

Only one star because I am required to select one. This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever experienced.

the cervice is terrible and very slow ruined 3 drinks of ours and messed up on all the orders that asked for things to be taken off as if thay don't care about the customers read more

the service was terrible they didn't give us a box when we had two and they took forever and forgot our freezie

Everyone was so nice and the food was cooked perfectly and was ready almost freakishly fast so yeah big ups TB Cañon City

I had mushy turds after eating here, it seems Taco Bell gives liquidy poo, not recommended, my house is filled with wet doo doo, help me

Went in at around 8:30 at night so it wasn't terribly busy but I everywhere is understaffed so I get it but I had to wait in line for nearly 20 minutes. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos with no cheese and they were NOT supreme yet we had supreme tacos in our bag, we ordered two BEEF burritos with extra creamy jalapeño sauce and we got one bean burrito and one beef burrito with beans??? How does that happen and then we ordered a nacho bell grande yet it was forgotten. Worst service I've ever had at any Taco Bell. read more

At the end of the day when my kids want food real fast it's a convenient pick up for dinner. I like the $1 crunch wrap but the food is typical taco bell, not extremely great tasting IMO. service has been very friendly, not very fast but typical. Taco Bell - Drive thru - Fast Food Near Me - Canon City, Colorado

The WORST service of any Taco Bell I have ever been to. My order was wrong and the manager who had absolutely NO personality at all- I think her name was Nichole- was no help at all. Come on Taco Bell! You can do better. This location should be shut down! read more

We stopped in for a quick bite on our way home from the Springs, put our masks on and went in to order. We used the computer and it asked dine in or take out, we selected dine in as 2 days ago we dined in at a Taco Bell in Gunnison. When the order came up we were told due to Covid 19 the dining area was closed. 1st issue why offer it on the computer ordering system?? 2nd why was this dining area closed but not the Gunnison location? Before we had to leave to eat our dinner we had to ask for napkins and plasticware to eat the protein bowl, when we sat down at the park to eat the taco shells were all cracked and the protien bowl was mostly lettuce. We are all about supporting our local businesses but we WILL NOT ever return to this 1! read more

if you're taking a vacation like i am in Colorado, please, for the love of god DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVE THRU. it took us 2 hours just to get some food. 2 hours! there should be NO REASON as to why this should take that much time. if you don't want to suffer and go mentally insane while visiting Cañon City, please do not go to this Taco Bell to pick up your food, unless you like waiting 2 hours in the drive thru read more

This place is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Ever time I go here 30 min wait. If you have any other option I would take it.

Absolutely horrible. I would give this place no stars if possible. Management is awful. The kitchen area is dirty . Wait times are thirty minutes or more. Fast food should not take that long. Food is mediocre. Installed the app so I wouldn't have to wait so long. Received a message that food was ready. Went inside to pick up order which was prepaid for and supposedly ready. They don't make your order until you cone in because they have been stiffed before . Really? It's already paid for. If I wanted to wait, I wouldn't have used the app. The manager was rude and wouldn't refund my money. Lost my business, deleted app. read more

The drive-thru...is...the...slowest...I've...ever...been...to. Food is the usual Taco Bell quality.

Agreed...the drive through is super slow. Also, what's up with only giving me 2 packets of sauce with an order of 3 soft taco supremes and a steak burrito? read more

Good service, quick & friendly. Food was fresh. Location including bathrooms were clean.

I enjoy going to taco bell every once in awhile but this one has got to be the worst one I've been too. 9 out of 10 times I go here they get my order wrong. The line is always crazy long and it takes them about 15 minutes just to get one order done. The staff seem to clearly not care if they're messing up orders this bad. I'm tired of having to go back because I'm not getting something I paid for. Fix your staff. read more
