It's fairly busy but the staff did make sure to apologize to us in my party for the delay which we appreciated. The inside is a little busy with all that is decorated and going on in the inside with the paints and decor, it's a tad overstimulating and I wish they had more standard seating. Overall I'd go to this place again, I am happy to see Appleton have a boba shop like this.
