I called at 9:10pm asking if they'd still take my order if I got there 9:55pm. I was 45 minutes away from arriving. The person I spoke with (pictured) said tell me your order and we'll make it for you so that it's ready when you get here. Coming from California, I don't know any other boba spot that's nice enough and trusting to do this for you. I could have not made it here due to unforeseen circumstances and they would've been a waste. But I made it, and it was worth it. My first time trying a croffle. I didn't really think about what a croffle is. Then took the first bite. Croissant....waffle. Lol Shaped like a waffle but has the flakiness and chew of a croissant. It's pretty good. Boba chew and consistency, not bad but not the best. 7.2/10 but a good 7.2. The drinks themselves (I got one milky one fruity) are pretty solid. As a drink as a whole I think this would pass a general consumer's taste buds For me: Oreo crumble croffle: 9.8/10 Brown sugar boba latte: 8.8/10 Lychee on lychee: 6.8/10 If you're in the Strongsville area, definitely worth checking out. read more

Came here a couple of times with the wife and I and we just love all the options they have here. The bubble tea is done right, where you can taste the perfect blend of tea and whatever flavor you get. My personal favorites are the Taro Ube and the Matcha Slush. The Crème Brûlée and the Strawberry Yakut is also a must try. If you're looking for something for nondairy options, I strongly recommend the Pink Lady drink. Hooray for a new bubble tea spot in Cleveland! They just opened in the beginning of July, and I already consider it the best bubble tea in the area. It's a bit out of the way for me but the drive is so worth it. The owner is also very nice and let me and my friends try a waffle dessert for free. For those who don't know, Fat Bee's is a Vietnamese bubble tea franchise with multiple locations in the US. They offer a good variety of milk and tea based drinks, and I was impressed with the amount of toppings they have. The space is small, but there are a few tables there to study or hang out with friends. My favorite drinks so far are the taro ube milk tea and the pink lady. Hopefully I get to try more of their drinks soon! read more

My husband and I have gotten dozens of drinks and only ever had one with a mistake (topping mix-up) What you get looks just like what is advertised on the menu and tastes phenomenal! Boba is always perfectly cooked and all the toppings are tasty and so cute! (love the star-shaped mango jelly) Interior of cafe is cute and fun! (you can decorate with your own post-it art) Some indoor seating available. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend the Tropical Delight (minus strawberry syrup) with mango jelly and brown sugar boba. Only drawback; many drinks are overly sweet (in my opinion), but you can adjust the sweetness level for most drinks. It's a nice feature so everyone can have what they like. We accidentally discovered this boba shop a few months back and have been hooked since! In my humble opinion, it's one of the two best boba cafe in NE Ohio. Their drinks are unique, delicious and reasonably priced. If you're a coffee lover, their Phin (Vietnamese dripping coffee style) drinks are to die for! My favorite is the creme brulee, it's bold, creamy and just out of this world. I only wish they could offer a bigger cup size because one small drink wasn't enough. The croffles are equally awesome.
