The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

They are extremely detail oriented and responsive, an essential for any bride. They are also extremely solution oriented, we had some issues with our file formatting and as a bride it is always a hesitancy when receiving any sort of bad news, Kevin and his team walked me through and kept me posted on how they were solving things from their end and ultimately made everything happen even better than I imagined. Everything is such good quality and I've received many compliments specifically about my prints :) Another huge bonus point was that they are incredibly timely. Things were done before the deadline which was so comforting! They are incredibly trustworthy and kind. Overall, it was a delight working with Kevin, and his team Max and JR I would recommend SignPro in Dublin and Best Print Graphics in Santa Clara for any printing needs you may have. It's essential to have a high value and high quality experience as a bride and I would say they exceeded my expectations. If you want a stress free printing experience I would highly recommend!

We contracted Signworks in October for overhead exterior signage and paid over $7,000 in deposit…read morefee's (50% of the total project cost) as required. Four months later, the permit process has still not been properly submitted and the project has not moved forward. During this time, the company was sold to new ownership and we were not notified of the transition. Their office location closed and their main phone number was disconnected, which initially led us to believe the company had shut down after collecting our deposit. After considerable effort, I was able to track down a number for one of their project managers (Doug), who was helpful and put me in touch with the new owner. The new owner was apologetic for the delay and assured us the permits would be submitted last week. Since then, I have followed up three separate times and have not received confirmation that the permits have been submitted or any clear update on next steps. For any business, exterior signage is critical for visibility. A four-month delay after a $7,000 deposit, combined with nonexistent communication, has been extremely frustrating. I genuinely hope to update this review with a positive follow-up stating that the project was completed and commitments were honored. I would gladly revise this review if the situation is resolved promptly. At this time, however, we are still waiting for meaningful progress.

I…read morewent to this one after my horrible experience at the Pleasanton FedEx Office store, and my experience here is consistent like the previous visits. Workstations are always available, and if I don't need them (which I didn't), the printers are also available. I decided to go home after my awful experience at the Pleasanton location and just work on my document there since the San Ramon location is pretty close. After getting that done, I saved a copy of my document on my phone, drove to the San Ramon location, and then went to the printer to retrieve my document with the retrieval code method. Once that was done, I got a folder to put my documents in, waited briefly for an employee to check me out, and the manager was quite friendly too, unlike the other manager at the Pleasanton location. Great service also came with great value, as the prints aren't expensive, and neither was the folder! I will keep coming back to this location; I should not have gone to the other one because it was closer at the time.

He almost immediately put me at ease and explained why my previous striping experience turned out the way it did which was primarily due to cheap vinyl being used. Another thing that resonated with me was when he told me treats these jobs like art. He takes pride in his work and is as picky about it as I am and that says a lot. Fast forward a few days to when I was about to get the striping done. Again, I was nervous, but no longer skeptical. When I met Kris and Russell, I instantly felt at ease and knew they would take good care of my car. A few hours later my pride and joy was done and when I first saw it, I nearly passed out. I tend to keep my emotions inside, so they probably had no idea what I was thinking, but I was so impressed with their workmanship and pride they have for their art. After washing my car today and seeing the striping in the sunlight, I am in love. Like deeply in love!
