I try really hard to not leave bad reviews for small businesses but my experience with Rebel Ink…read morewas honestly awful. I have never had to work so hard to try to give a business my money and honestly have never felt so dismissed and not valued. I found these guys driving past and I had been looking for a new merchandise printer for my small business. I looked them up and saw that they do a lot of local tattoo shops shirts so figured this was an easy choice. I regret ever even reaching out. I first submitted my inquiry online through their website on 11/12/2025 stating that I already had the merch I wanted and wanted to match that as closely as possible. My old print company went out of business so I was hoping to keep it local. They wrote me back and told me swing by any time with my stuff and we could figure it out. I went by the next day I had off on 11/22. I immediately felt like I was coming in at an inconvenient time. Sean at the front desk didn't seem to really want to help us. I felt like I had to dig just to find what I wanted. But I decided maybe it was a bad day and moved forward anyway. I provided Sean with the exact merchandise I wanted along with the codes from my old invoices so it was easy to find the brands I wanted. I sent an email later that day with all of the information he needed to provide me with an estimate and waited patiently for a response. By 12/2 I had still heard nothing so I sent an email to check in. Then finally got a response and they ended up needing more information for the patches I was ordering. I responded immediately the next day after hearing from the embroidery guy, Jack. It had already been 2 weeks of waiting and I had a few events I was hoping to have these for at the end of the year so I tried to be very prompt in my responses. Well I never heard back and waited patiently AGAIN until 12/19 to check in and emailed both Sean and Jack. Well Sean didn't even acknowledge my email at all. Jack just plainly responded that I hadn't responded and was waiting on me. So I forwarded my email and said that I had responded right away. I didn't hear back for another 2 days so I responded yet again with my email forwarded with information. And yet AGAIN they ignored me. I ended up waiting until 1/7 and emailed again asking why I wasn't getting responses. Jack finally responded and offered to call me. I was so irritated that I needed to give myself some time to cool off. I emailed back on 1/9 to get on a phone call. Jack ensured me he would take care of me right away. To no one's surprise that did not happen. I honestly should have pulled the plug then but tried again to be patient and understanding. I heard back again on 1/16 with an apology from Jack on the delay and that he would get me taken care of. I waited again until yesterday, 2/6, to finally reach out and throw in the towel. I said that I was not going to continue due to lack of communication. I tried to be nice about the whole thing even though it was incredibly frustrating. For the first time in months Sean actually responded to me and basically said they understood and I could pick my merch up during business hours. No apology or acknowledgment of anything . No trying to make it right. Absolutely nothing. Even at this juncture I was not going to write a review. But then I sent our shop manager to pick up the merch today during business hours. She stood up front for a long time while several employees walked right past and completely ignored her. She ended up seeing our merch sitting behind the desk and just took it and left. Still not even noticed by a single employee. Never did I think it would be so much work to literally give a small business a couple thousand dollars for a sale along with repeat business long term. This place is awful and I now actually feel it would not be right of me to not warn others. I contacted another local printer today and already am set up to get started. Less than 24 hours and they did more than these guys could in THREE MONTHS. Go literally anywhere but here. So disappointing
