It was also over a holiday weekend when I sent the initial email asking when and if they could fulfill the order in time. In the end I was able to send them my designs made in Adobe Illustrator and there was never a problem. The order was finished on time and turned out great. Seems like a waste of the employee's time if I am already in store and have done my shopping. Employees could definitely be friendlier and I would really appreciate just being helped at the register instead of being told self check is available. I always say no thank you and can feel the cashier have an attitude when they have to ring me up. It's very annoying. So again, do your shopping online to save money AND save receiving an attitude.
