Whether I need one item or one hundred, Jill treats every order with equal time and attention to detail, and really knows her products inside and out, and always makes sure we know exactly what we are getting. I run a small business and had an unusual project with a tight deadline. I was thrilled when I called EmbroidMe and got their "can do" attitude! I knew that I'd be good hands. We actually experienced a glitch along the way, and I was SO IMPRESSED with how they handled it! It's easy to give great customer service when everything goes as planned. But for me, seeing how a company responds when thrown a curve ball is the true measure of their commitment. Jim and his team really went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met! I wanted to give a personalized custom T-shirt as a stocking stuffer to my wife (she was recovering from a year-long struggle with a back injury). I called a customT-shirt vendor in Dinkytown, and experienced one of the most brusque, dismissive, unhelpful customer interactions I have ever had. I was not feeling hopeful after that disaster, but I called EmbroidMe in Roseville to give my Christmas idea another shot. I connected with Kristine who told me to drop by and discuss what I wanted. Wow, what a difference! She patiently listened to my tentative ideas, and not only made helpful suggestions, but embellished my concept by finding and suggesting the perfect image (I didn't think an image was possible) to accompany the T-shirt's text. Their production folks turned out a T-shirt that exceeded in quality and appearance anything I imagined, and at an unbelieveable price. My wife loves the T-shirt, and I know where I'll go, and who to ask for, for my next one! read more

I went in hoping to get one shirt with embroidery on it for a conference I was attending. They had 10 days, and when I went in at the assigned pick up time (10 days after I dropped it off) they told me the shirt was not in stock and that it wasn't done. I was leaving for the conference the next day, so they made an attempt to substitute another shirt and to do it by closing of that day, but if it was not in stock, why wasn't that either 1. communicated to me earlier, or 2. dealt with. It was ONE shirt, a simple black polo. I intended to order our 100+ shirts for our event from them, but I will NEVER go back and will tell as many people as will listen to do business elsewhere. One shirt in 10 days and they couldn't do it? Vistaprint had it done and overnighted it to my conference. I had it two days later. read more

It was also over a holiday weekend when I sent the initial email asking when and if they could fulfill the order in time. In the end I was able to send them my designs made in Adobe Illustrator and there was never a problem. The order was finished on time and turned out great. Everyone that I dealt with through email or over the phone was professional and took care of everything that I needed.

I always say no thank you and can feel the cashier have an attitude when they have to ring me up. It's very annoying. So again, do your shopping online to save money AND save receiving an attitude.
