I had one week to get new signs for our competition the weekend following the MLK holiday. No other sign company replied to my frantic request on a Monday holiday morning, but Gina. She ensured me the signs would be ready no later than Thursday, gave payment options (schools are extremely difficult to work when paying vendors), and even bought the font I wanted! My company just opened an office in the area, and we were needing decal signs for our front and back doors. I sent out what I wanted to FastSigns and one other company to get a quote. FastSigns was about 50% cheaper than the alternative. Needless to say I gave the work to FastSigns, and they were great to work with. They had proofs to send me within 24 hours, and the signs were ready in less than a week. I paid the deposit, and they let me hold onto the actual signs until their installer came out before I had to cut a check for the rest. Just like with any company, good communication needs to come from everyone involved, including the customer. I will definitely be using them again when I order office name plates. read more

Frustrating working experience and incredibly poor quality work with lots of excuses from the people at Fast Sign in Tukwila, WA. (Backstory: I hired them for 2 projects and paid deposit for both projects. I canceled one, yet continue to be billed for it and they have not yet refunded the deposit for the canceled project.) RECKLESS BILLING PRACTICES I continue to be billed for a project that was canceled. I've called and been promised that they will fix the issue. They didn't. So, I wrote a letter. They did not respond to my letter. So, I went in person and had them sign papers promising to refund me my deposit money because the project was canceled. They signed and promised to refund my deposit. That was 45 days ago and still I have not received the refund. The most infuriating of all of this is that I continue to get bills demanding payment for a project that was CANCELED. POOR QUALITY WORK Not only has the billing been ridiculously irresponsible but the quality of the work done was extremely poor. Again, they had excuses. I had them come out and re-do the vinyl door sign project. Even the second time the quality was poor. CHEAPEST QUOTE I have some responsibility for this mess. I made a mistake and used them for a job because they gave me the least expensive quote for the work. In the end, using Fast Sign in Tukwilla, Washington has been expensive in the amount of hassle, time and frustration in dealing with them. The work was completed nine months ago and I'm still dealing with them. This experience has moved me to write a Yelp review for the very first time. read more
